Schedule'A' Part-I: B&R works

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section including taking out embedded portion and making good to disturbed ground as in natural ground all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similer holes) each n.exc 0.5 Cum getting out, ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n.exc 25 cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc. 50 m and making good the disturb surface in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete type C2 1:3:6 using 20mm graded aggregtaes in foundations, filling and mass concrete of post holes for securing angle vertical posts complete all as specified

S & F framed brackets of angles or tees for posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc incl all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified

M&L for Mild steel round bar 10mm dia and over cut to length,bent to shape required, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified

S & F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5 cm long, diameter of neck 5 to 10 mm complete all as specified

S & F galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc as directed (each line wire to be measured)

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing any size or type complete all as specified

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, n exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 using (40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in path or paveway finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified .

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exe 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed

M&L 15 mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified .

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed

NOTES :- 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc, required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule 'A' notes for details.
