Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets light fittings etc. Removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surface of walls, floors, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down sub main wiring or service wire of 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor of any size as complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring for light/fan/bell with FRLS cable 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated (red for phase and black for neutral) unsheathed, multi stranded copper conductor 1100 volt grade in and incl not less than 2mm thick PVC casing/caping with all accessories and 1.5 sqmm green in colour PVC multistranded, copper conductor FRLS cable for earth continuity connected to common earth dolly incl MS sunken box/PVC box, surface/ flush type with 3 mm thick pre laminated hylem sheet for mounting fittings such as switches, sockets, fan regulators etc complete all as specified and directed for one light/fan /bell point controlled by one switch & making good to disturbed surface of wall etc a complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.3 above but for multi 5 pin 5 amps flush type socket outlet on same board.

All as per item No.3 above but for multi 5 pin 5 amps flush type socket outlet on independent board.

All as per item No 3 above but with 2.5 sqmm cable and 2.5 sqmm for earth continuity for 5 pin 15 amps multi pin flush type socket outlet on independent board.

All as per item No. 3 above but for one bell point controlled by one bell push button on the independent board.

Supply and fixing in replacement of LED lights fitting 1x 18W, 220V,AC decorative box type with driver, holder including LED tube light connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement MCB Distribution board , 240 volts single pole and neutral ,single door, sheet steel, enclosure powder coated with 200Amps rated busbar with neutral link, 8 ways, SPN QVE Serics , fixed on wall duly grouted in solid block wall or on wooden board with electrical connection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement MCB Distribution board , 240 volts single pole and neutral ,single door, sheet steel, enclosure powder coated with 200 Amps rated busbar with neutral link, 4 ways, SPN QVE Serics , fixed on wall duly grouted in solid block wall or on wooden board with electrical connection complete all as specified and directed.(Make: Havells, Anchor, Schneider)

Supply and fix in replacement MCB Distribution board , 240 volts single pole and neutral ,single door, sheet steel, enclosure powder coated with 200Amps rated busbar with neutral link, 2 ways, SPN QVE Serics , fixed on wall duly grouted in solid block wall or on wooden board with electrical connection complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of MCB SPN 240V, 10 KA, B Series of 32 amps complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of MCB SP 240V, 10 KA, B Series and current carrying capacity in the MCB DB complete with connection testing and commissioning of single pole size 06 to 32 amp complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of MCCB 3 Pole, 415 V, fixed type, SPN 63 Amps with breaking capacity 16 KA complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of MCCB 3 Pole, 415 V, fixed type, TPN 63 Amps with breaking capacity 16 KA complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Wiring for circuit/submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FR is PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/recessed as required 2x4.0 sq. mm + 1x4.0 sq. mm earth wire including PVC casing capping complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion with necessary excavation, returning filling,removal and PCC pit and CI cover complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of PVC rectangular block for mounting, switches, sockets, fan regulator etc. with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover of size 100 mm x 100 mm and 50 mm deep complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement LED luminarie 600 mm x 600 mm, 35/36 watt, 220 V AC recessed type with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete 6000K/3000K with driver, holders & LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling including connecting up with driver three core flexible copper conductor cases of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Note :Deduction for amount of Rs 37,135.00 as listed in Schedule A Part - II ( Schedule of Credit) shall be made while awarding of contract.
