Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion using emulsion presure distributer @ 0.20 Kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge & as per clause 503 of MoRD specification of Rural Roads (1st Revision )

Providing and laying and rolling of open graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates with batch type hot mix plant and using 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, finished to required level and grades as per Clause 511 of MOST & H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision).

Providing and laying 6 mm thick precoated seal coat Type-B using .06 cum of 6.7mm size chips and 6.8kg of bitumen for 10 sqm of road surface including rolling with PRR including cost conveyance of chips and bitumen etc complete

Construction of shoulder with approved meterials like selected earth obtained from locality with all lift and leads transporting to the site ,spreading,greading to required slope and compacting tomeet requirement of table 300.2 with all lead and lift as per direction of Engineer In Charge.
