NOTE FOR ITEM NO. 1.00 TO 31.00 Removing existing unserviceable wooden component and providing similar new wooden component with and including tightening the joints, pinning, screwing, nailing, wedging, glueing, providing hinges, placing every part in-tact the disturbed portion as required as per MES funiture drawings of various series or Similar items. Cost of all fixing accessories shall deemed included in the quoted rate of the new component. Work shall be executed where the furniture exists in different units or Md Accn under GE (W) Bareilly including BSO's Furniture Yard.

Replacement of unserviceable shutter with 18 mm thick MDF prelaminated board, one side teak faced matching to the existing shade. Shutter to be fixed with piano type SS hinges,complete with ball spring catcher, magnet & 4 mm thick teak wood edging all round the shutter to be provided & rest all as per drawing complete all as directed.

Replacement of unserviceable lock of side board with suitable MS lock 6 lever with duplicate key as approved and fixing shall be done in accordance with standard worksmanship and drawing complete all as directed.

Replacement of unserviceable drawer with new drawer including stainless steel handle/knob ,complete with materials and sizes as specified in drawing complete all as directed.

Replacement of unserviceable stainless steel handle/knob with aluminium anodized dark brown knobs as required size as per drawing complete all as directed.

Replacement of unserviceable sides portion with 18 mm thick MDF prelaminated board teak face veneered conforming to IS ,matching to the existing shades.
