M&L for Pre-painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550MPA as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridge , fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for Roof trusses (framed), trussed,purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats, Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-A,etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, with riveted,bolted or welded attachment, Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-A complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exceeding 5cm and not exceeding 10cm long and dia of neck 11 to 15mm, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & L for Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc), wind ties etc including all necessary welding, drilling etc and similar works confirming to Fe-290 grade E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type D2 using 40mm graded stone agg as in foundations, filling and mass-concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only chain link MS Galvanised fencing any size are complete all as specified and directed Engr-in Charge.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only mild steel flat iron, round bars etc. in available length complete conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair for Steel rolling shutters 1.25mm thick, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer; erected in position as indicated, complete gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle including ball bearing and Safety lever locks mild steel with 4 levers for rolling shutters complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of newly steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width and grith and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brickwork with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces at any height including Chajjas, balcony and parapet, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic Emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance,dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives@ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plaster surfaces and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a priming coat complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of roof terracing cement concrete (un-reinforced) and existing water proofing treatment of any thickness in any position and of any portion from top of roof of building, cleaning surface of roof with wire brush / mechanical brush and with water thoroughly to remove all dust / dirt and loose particles to expose base concrete roof slab and removal of rubbish / demolished material out of MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick padding in roof, chhaja and similar work in PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded aggr) with WPC @ 3% by wt , making haunching if required and surface even and smooth with using extra cement including demolition complete all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC will be measured and paid seperately.

Material and labour for 10mm thick cement paster in CM 1:3 mixed with WPC @ 2% by weight of cement finished even and fair withour using extra cement on roof surface and wall complete all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC will be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound of approved make complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for cleaning of concrete or plastered surfaces of roof and applying priming coat with and using bituminous primer @ 0.30 KG per Sqm followed evenly by a tack coat @ 1.20 KG per Sqm using 85 / 25 grade industrial hot blown bitumen , over it laid with 3mm thick APP modified polymeric water proofing membrane minimum weight 3 Kg per Sqm reinforced with non-woven polyester fabric (weight not less than 150 Gm per Sqm) unrolled & bonded to substrate with side and end laps 75mm & 100mm as per manufacturer’s instruction and applying over it a tack coat using 85/25 grade industrial hot blown bitumen @ 1.20 kg per Sqm and finally finished the top of polymeric water proofing membrane with a coat of bituminous aluminum paint @ 0.20 kg per Sqm as per manufacturer’s instructions, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismentling of stone slabs and tiles laid bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description including removal of sand cushioning under paver block, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment including 15 mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:6 complete to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and pavings not exc 15cm thickness below or above ground level, including removal of debries to a distance exc 1.5 Km but n. exc 2 Km complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (40mm graded aggregate) in sub base of hardstanding/ paver block/ checked tile/ stone slabe complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in floor complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of approved shape without correctin factor for chamfering , made in rubber moulds with 0.5mm thick scratch proof lacquer coating on top surface , with white cement and pigment laid over , confirming to IS 15658-2006 complete all as specified and directed of size 60mm thickness, with minimum compressive strength of 35 N/Sqmm (M-35 Grade) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block and shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60/ 80 mm thickness M-35 grade including leveing and spreading of sand cusion as laying in floor etc but except tiles complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including spreading, levelling, watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement 1:3:6, type C1, using 20 mm aggregate providing, cement concrete in edges of path, rounded or chamfered on edges etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated plaster/ concrete/Stone surface of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described & applying applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted plaster/ concrete/Stone surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth & applying applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and as directed
