Annual maintenance of 3 nos. playground by observing the following activities. Renovation during off season or break of three weeks to meet the desired surface and also can be execute to meet the requirements during off season or break.
Deep verticutting in one direction with carbide tip blades fitted on a machine able to go at least 38mm deep, thatch to be hauled away and dumped at the dumpster outside the stadium complex.
De-compaction and aeration of the existing ground in two direction with a machine fitted with half inch thickness carbide tip solid tines capable of going at least 4 inch deep at 2 inch spacing in to the soil and able to produce vibrating or heaving action to shatter the underground layer to release the compaction and allowing movement of oxygen for aeration.
Sand top dressing and brushing using drag mat as per guide lines etc. complete and as per direction of Agronomist.
Daily Maintenance Activities
Mowing (Mowing FOP using Reel Mowers) will be at regular intervals (3 to 4 times a week) as per guide lines etc. complete and as per direction of Agronomist in the desired pattern
Clean-up and debris (CLEAN-UP FOP using Rotary / Vaccum Mowers) removal from the ground ( 1 to 2 times a week ) as per guide lines etc. complete and as per direction of Agronomist
Providing Manpower (Grounds Man), (Machenic/Opreator) for maintaining the ground as per guide lines etc. completed and as per direction of Agronomist (Grounds Man not less than 6 men for each ground)
Providing & supplying of Petrol & engine oil for tools and plants etc. completed as per direction of Agronomist
Ground Marking (Marking FOP using Water-Soluble Distemper (as required)),net fitting,etc. complete as per guide lines and as per direction of Agronomist/ Ground Incharge
Nutrients (N:P:K etc.) to be applied as per the soil tests for the right balance,estimated at 200 kg for 2 applications and as per the direction of Agronomist
Providing & supplying of Fungicide/Insecticide/ Weedicider (As per turf condition) as per guide lines etc. complete and as per direction of Agronomist
Regular watering etc with existing irrigation system, moisture content has to be checked prior to irrigating the FOP
Regular repair of Divots and sprigging to recover the damage cause seeding/sprig/sod
De-weeding, weeds are regularly removed using manual labor, pesticides spraying for weed control is also use void any damage to the surface
Supply and apply PQS testing as per the norms of IOG and maintain the records throuout the year using the following Clegghammer, Moisture Meter, tractor meter, ball roll, ball bounse, 1meter straight egde, Core cutter,sampler and infiltrometer
Repair and maintenance of existing irrigation system including regular cleaning and automation repair
