Annual Rate Contract for maintenance of Fire and Gas Detection Systems installed at WRPL Vadinar Base Locations

Service Items for Vadinar Location

FAP AMC + Detectors Cleanining, Servicing & Testing Charges per visit, Preventive, scheduled and breakdown maintenance of the Fire Alarm Panels/ Repeater Fire Alarm Panels (1 Loop to 6 loop) of various makes like NSC, Honeywell, Notifier, Minimax etc. comprising scheduled visit, supply & installation of required cards of the Fire Alarm Panel (all types of PCBs, cards, CPU, display card, zone card, annuniactor, relay card etc) including power supplies as required to ensure coninuous availbiltiy of the Fire Alarm Panels. More details are as mentioned in Scope of work & supply. Note- Seven FAP are installed. Half yearly scheduled visit for a contract period of 2 year, so total visits considered are 2*2=4 for a period of 2 years per FAP i.e. total 4 visits per FAP. Breakdown maintenance will be included in the PM visit itself and separate payment for the same shall not be made. Cost of spares of Fire alarm panel,checking of all type of detectors which connected to Fire alarm panel (detectors cost is not in scope of bidder) Travelling, boarding, lodging, local transportation shall be bidders scope.

More details are as mentioned in Scope of work & supply. Note-One Wireless FAP is installed. Half yearly scheduled visit for a contract period of 2 year, so total visits considered are 2*2=4 for a period of 2 years i.e. total 4 visits per FAP. More details are as mentioned in Scope of work & supply. Note-10 GRP are installed. Half yearly scheduled visit for a contract period of 2 year, so total visits considered are 2*2=4 for a period of 2 years per GRP i.e. total 4 visits per GRP. Breakdown maintenance will be included in the PM visit itself and separate payment for the same shall not be made. Cost of spares, travelling, boarding, lodging, local transportation shall be bidders scope

Calibration, testing & servicing of PGD (Point type Hydrocarbon Gas Detector) with methane gas for the installed hydrocarbon detectors including servicing of the HCD (if required), checking of the local display with the remote display (in SCADA), cable glanding, earthing, termination, and carrying out required adjustments and alignment, if required. Work shall include replacement of the faulty detecors with new detectors wherever reuqired (excluding the cost of HCD). Total 160 PGD are installed. In general, half yearly calibration is envisaged.So total 4 visits per HCD have been considered. However, based on requirement, the frequency can be changed as decided by Owner. Cost of travelling, boarding, lodging, local transportation shall be bidders scope. More details are as mentioned in Scope of work & supply.

Calibration, testing & servicing of OPGD (Open Path Hydrocarbon Detector) with films / methane gas for the installed hydrocarbon detectors including allignment, and servicing of the OPGD (if required), checking of the local display with the remote display (in SCADA), cable glanding, earthing, termination, and carrying out required adjustments and alignment, if required. Work shall include replacement of the faulty detectors with new detectors wherever reuqired (excluding the cost of OPGD). Total Five OPGD are installed. In general half yearly calibration is envisaged. So total 4 visits per OPGD have been considered. However, based on requirement, the frequency can be changed as decided by Owner. Cost of travelling, boarding, lodging, local transportation shall be bidders scope. More details are as mentioned in Scope of work & supply.
