Taking down point wiring (light, fan, socket and power complete including fixtures and fittings such as switches ceiling roses, pendents , regulators, sockets, light fittings etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody for refixing or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good distrubed surfaces of walls, floors, etc.complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down carefully by unscrewing from boards/ outlet boxes, fittings and fixtures such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses, lamp holders, brackets, ceiling fittings, bulk head fittings, tube light fittings and regulators etc for reuse at site complete all as specified and as directed. Note : To be measured only when found serviceable in all respects complete for reuse

M & L for Point wiring for one light point with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated and unsheathed copper conductor multistranded 1100 volts grade, ISI marking drawn thorugh and in non metallic concealed PVC rigid conduit and conduit accessories, medium grade, ISI marking, concealed Frame for fixing switches, sockets, for 5 Amps including one run of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper cable FRLSH grade as in earth wire for continuity and connecting to earth dolly for one light point controlled by one switch complete including making good the disturbed surface by Putty and matching the colour of wall with the existing colour of the wall (wash/paint/distemper) wherever required(as per the existing condition) complete all as specified and as directed. Note -(i) The cost of modular metal flush box and Modular white Cover Plate with Frame are included in the quoted rate . (ii) Red coloured cable shall be used for live connection, black coloured cable shall be used for neutral connection and green coloured cable shall be used for earthing. Separate cable for earthing and neutral to be used for each individual circuit from the distribution board. (iii) Cutting Chases pinning shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate of Sch A.

Comprehensive repair/maintenance of storage type electric water heater (Geyser ) vertical or horizontal type of capacity 50 Ltrs comprising of the following :- (a) Inspection, taking down , opening or dismantling, de-scaling,brushing and thoroughly cleaning the storage tank up to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. (b) checking of all stop cock, pressure release valves, fusible plugs for its serviceability etc. in situ to ensure free movement of the parts including supply and replacing the washers/gasket nut etc. (c) Checking and rectify earth continuity of the Electrical circuits of the Geysers and power point. (d) Checking,and re-fixing thermostat and re-adjust. (e) De-scaling the immersion type heating element and siphon assembly with diluted Hydro chloric acid or clear pedette solution. (f) Checking of indicator lamp for it serviceability . (g) Re-assembling the Geyser, re-install and testing complete. Note : Parts / components of geysers found unserviceable shall be replaced by the contractor. New parts/components required shall be measured and paid separately under item No 108 to 110 here-in-after as supply only and labour charges required for replacement are deemed to be included in the quoted rate of item no. 106
