Engagement of unskilled workman (3 nos. Listed) for 24 months including all benefits for different jobs as mentioned in Scope of work & as per direction of the EIC. Category I. Note: - (i) In case of absent from duty by any worker on working day or enjoying C.L (Max. 14 days/head/year) or enjoying listed Holiday (Max. 14 days/head / year) necessary deduction will be made from monthly bill as per prevailing norms for different categories + estimated profit @ 8.00%. (ii) Mandays means physical attendance & CL if any & Holiday if any. Note: - (i) In case of absent from duty by any worker on working day or enjoying E.L (Max. 15 days/head/year) or enjoying listed Holiday (Max. 7 days/head / year) necessary deduction will be made from monthly bill as per prevailing norms for different categories + estimated profit @ 8.00%. (ii) Mandays means physical attendance & CL if any & Holiday if any. (iii) Wages plus benefits including ESI, PF, Bonus, O.T., EL, listed Holiday, House rent allowance and others allowance are included in rates. Cost of Supply/Hire charges of necessary tools & tackles - to be supplied in consultation with CIVIL-IPH Dept./BTPS. Payment will be made on submission of valid cash memo, challan etc.

Annual Cost of PPE & Liveries (on reimbursement basis at actual) for 04 nos. workers - Category I. For each worker; soap (06 nos. per month), Duster (04 nos. per year), Helmet (once in two year, Safety shoe (01 pair in 2 year), Gumboot (01 pair per year, Hand gloves (01 pair per month), Nose guard (02 nos. per month) to be supplied in consultation with Fire & Safety Dept., HR & A Dept., and CIVIL-IPH Dept., BTPS. (The PPE quantities are indicative only, but does not absolve the responsibilities of executing agency to maintain the safety standard applicable within factory area)

Hiring of potted plants, flowers plant of different varieties with earthen pots well burnt with silt inside and bottom of 250 mm dia.

Supply of seedling/Saplings of seasonal flowers of best quality at BTPS site including cost of leads & lift, carriage, handling etc. all complete for summer season for inside Plant & BTPS Gangotri Guest House as directed by EIC. Payment will be made after submission of authentic bill/challan
