Repairs to 250HP ATS Starter of lift irrigation scheme Zehanpora at site by way of:- a) Removing of accumulated carbon from contact points of all contactor by applying carbon tetra chloride active chemical to make the surface clean. Adjustment of all protection devices, removing of dirt, dust and other greasy substance with the help of highly volatile thinner/acetone and blowing of compressed air inside the starter compartment. b) Replacement of damaged contact points complete kit set of MNX 325 contactor of L&T make with new one at site. c) Providing, fitting & setting of electro pneumatic timing relay with timing range up to 60s coil voltage 415V.(2NO & 2NC double block ON/OFF delay).

Repairs to 100 KVA H.T/L.T transformer of lift irrigation scheme Azadpora at site by way of opening the lid of the transformer with the help of skilled labour , other tools & tackles, then replacement of bush rod/ bush cup L.T side one no &assembling of transformer & tested on full load.
