Master plan, Overall Building Design Approach, Study of surrounding developments, Building Design and elevation, Environment study of storm water and sewage disposal as per NBC & IPHS Norms.

Should have certificate of ISO 9001:2015 Certificate for providing Architectural and Structural Design Services

Financial feasibility study
