SPACE AUDIT OF ADMINISTRATIVE WING, JUDICIAL RECORD ROOM AND OTHER ANCILLARY SERVICE ON THE LAND AT SARANGPUR,UT, CHANDIGARH. Scope The survey will be carried out with the details of required space/persons using the space as per norms/consultation/requirement of the High Court and floor-wise digital plans must be prepared with photographs of present scenario and proposed plan as per norms. Representatives from the High Court as well as the Engineering Department will facilitate the agency and carry out the survey keeping in view the safety of judicial records and other documents. The agency shall carry out the survey and figure-out the total area required for storage of records of various branches as well as space required for sitting arrangements of staff of various branches of the High Court as per the norms of the Central Government or the provision recommended by High Court Authority. The agency will also provide clear-cut recommendation and Auto CAD floor-wise plan for each branch for the building’s staff occupied areas, judicial record rooms and other ancillary services. The Drawings shall be emailed/supplied to the Deptt./High Court for their comments and accordingly Modified Finalised floor plans shall be issued in CAD + PDF format by the agency. 3 Hard Copies shall be supplied on A1 Size paper also along with 2 No. drives of the proposed plan.
