Routine maintenance of fire fighting system including fire pump and Hydrant system complete by attending fault testing of system, checking of system etc, including replacement of unserviceable component including preventive Maintanence by replacing parts other than mentioned in relevent item of this sch also for fire fighting system installed at Senior Sailor Block ( S1-S7 Building total 07 Nos), Junior Sailor Block ( J1-J5 Building total 05 Nos), at NOFRA (P-120 to P-122, total 03 Nos Building ) serving of each floor of bldgs comprising following: (a) All cable connectors from main control panel to Zonal fire panel. (b) Pumpset Connection checking and 3 phase connection including minor maintainace in connections. (c) Complete oiling/ Greasing in bearing, couplers, fans. (d) Checking of all inlet outlet valves including routine serviceaing of valves and gland packing changing. (e) Making pumpset on and run pumpset for full capacity for at least 15 min. and checking hydrant system at each floor. all Minor maintainace part deemed to be included in rate. The Parts of higher cost measured and paid seperately. ( Total High rise Bldgs - 15 nos , INS SP -01 , NAE -03 Nos = 19 x 04 Job = 76 Job Note :All Routine maintenance/testing shall be done through Specialist Fire fighting agency.

Routine maintenance and Testing and commissioning “FIRE ALARM CONTROL PANEL” system complete in repairs including wiring and programming in bldgs ( Total High rise Bldgs - 15 nos , INS SP -01 , NAE -03 Nos = 19 x 04 Job = 76 Job) complete with the following: (a) Manual call point with electronic hooter (one in each floor) (b) Factory made vermin proof air tight zone control panel board made out of 16 SWG CRCA sheet enclosure 100mm x 100mm surface type duly powder coated (Red colour) (with arrangement comprising with annunciation system on each floor, indicating (16 zones) 12/24 VDC stand by power supply with trickle boost charger with auto charge over device, panel having test / fault / failure control and indication /annunciation PCB, sound indicator, Fire Smoke detector for each zone complete. Note: Complete system shall be Tested through specialist Fire fighting agency.

Servicing of Fire fighting pumpsets including disconnecting the electric connection from motor terminal box including insulating the ends of the cable, taking out te pump set from base after opening nuts/bolts, transporting from site to workshop, dismantling pump, removing worn out impeller, ball bearing, gaskets, assembling the pump with replacement of pulley key, gland packing rope, greasing, transporting back to site and fixing on the existing foundation, connecting the electric connection of motor and testing complete to entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge for the following capacity. (Note :- Major spare parts shall be measured and paid separately, minor spares deemed to in rate quoted, spares like pump shaft, impeller and bearing only will be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Servicing and reparing of unserviceable parts of Fire fighting tarrace pump control panel indoor type 2.00 mm thick CRCA sheet having 40 Amps incoming MCCB and 10 HP starter with MCB TP 32 Amps as outgoing aceesories. including disconnecting the electric connection from motor terminal box including insulating the ends of the cable, taking out after opening nuts/bolts, transporting from site to workshop, serviceacing transporting back to site and fixing on the existing position connecting the electric connection of motor and testing complete to entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge for the following capacity. (Note :- Major spare parts shall be measured and paid separately, minor spares deemed to in rate quoted, spares like pump shaft, impeller and bearing only will be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Servicing of DG set by deputing OEM service representative to attend the DG set regularly to carrying out scheduled preventive maintenance checks on diesel generating set (of any Make and carryout the Starting system, Fuel injection system, Transmission system, generation system, Battary check up, Alternator check etc. check/works during the calender year all as directed by Engg-in-charge.Carry out maintenance/check as per maitenance schedule during every visit as per contract. Note 1 : All major spare parts costing above Rs. 500 will be measured & paid saparately. Note 2 : Minor Spare parts costing upto Rs. 500 deemed to be included the rate quoted by the contractor for comprehensive/routine maint. Note 3 : Periodical testing register shall be maintained at site and produced to Engg-in- charge for sign on monthly basis. Note 4 : All Routine maintenance/testing shall be done through Specialist agency.
