Repair & Modification of damaged Heating Chamber with the providing of new MS sheet on top of the chamber, with cutting welding & grinding.

Balancing of front door Alignment with proper sealing to avoid the loss temp.

All joints in the Chambers are proper sealing with welding to stop the leakage of the temp.

Modification of inner chamber, Proper sealing to avoid heat loss, denting and painting of inner chamber. Paint heat proof resistant paint.

Replacement of heating element 12 Nos. fitted with stainless steel tubular type I.S.I. mark fitted at back inside of the heating chamber, Suitable for temperature range ambient 50 C to 110 0 C + 10 C.

Modification of inner chamber by providing of 2 Nos. air ventilation system 3 Nos. Air duct (1 No. on back side and two no on both side ) For recirculation air uniformity in the inner chamber, Heating arrangement on back side with safety cover.

Providing of new Crompton make 3 HP, 1440 RPM motor (01 No.) with turbine type blower is fitted in Back side with bush & coupling direct drive system attached to uniform the temp all over in the heating chamber.

Replacement of electric new circuit heat proof silicon & glass coated wire different gauge as required in heating chamber.

Provided 1 KVA Stabilizer for proper earthing arrangement.
