Supplying and laying 400 micron thick HDPE sheet (Virgin Quality) water proof, wrinkle free without puncture having minimum weight 390 gm/Sqm over tack coat/ sand cushion as specified in the design with overlap between adjacent strips and at transverse joints as minimum 300mm.
375mm thick Pavement Quality Concrete (PQC) work in pavement of flexural strength 45 kg/ sqcm (lower control limit shall be without any extra cost to GOVT) in field using min 400 kg of cement per CUM ( as per actual as per Design Mix if it is higher) with crushed, graded stone aggregate of Grading as specified using admixture required as per design mix, mixed with triangular / non circular synthetic fiber reinforcement @ 0.25% by weight of cement with min 12mm length , specific gravity 1.2 to 1.4 (other specifications as per CA / IRC / MORTH) spread and compacted mechanical paver all as specified including necessary formwork, T & P for bull nosing , rounding of edges, and finishing the surfaces by mechanical brooming/ chequered finish/ belting etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) The Rate quoted by the tenderer for PQC shall deem to include the cost of supply of admixture and triangular / non circular synthetic fiber. No additional payment shall be made for these items seperately. (ii) Design Mix Formula should be compatible as per IRC 44 & IS 456. (iii) All type of joints shall be measured and paid separately. (iv) Minimum cement content per cubic metre of concrete shall be 400 Kg . However actual cement content shall be provided if work out as per design mix and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. (v) The rate quoted shall be inclusive of use and waste of form work for total thickness. (vi) Quoted Rate is inclusive of providing Chequered finish over the PQC surface.
Forming construction joint 25mm deep and 10mm wide (using diamond cutter) providing polythene backup rod 12mm dia and filled with polyurethane sealant single component (min depth of sealant 12mm) complying with BS 5212, BS 4254, and EN 41875-2003, priming the sides, min MAF ± 30% with 5 years performance guarantee and applying masking tape on edge of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surface to give neat finish to sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied by mechanical means rest all as per manufacturer' instructions as specified, shown on drawings and as directed.
Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.
Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, laid dry complete all as specified and as directed.
Boring for cast-in-situ bored under reamed piles of 500mm dia to 15m depth through any type of soil/strata by DMC method using bentonite slurry including removal of bored materials to place outside MD land all as specified and as directed Note:-The rate shall include mobilisation, erection, dismantling and demobilisation of equipment for pile boring including all labours and material. Nothing extra shall be payable for mobilisation of equipment seperately.
PCC 1:4:8 (type D2) using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation, filling mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.
MS Casing of min 6mm thick for 500mm diapile to any length through any type of soil/strata and placed in position all as specified and as directed . Note:-The rate shall include mobilisation, erection, dismantling and demobilisation of equipment for pile boring including all labours and material. Nothing extra shall be payable for mobilisation of equipment seperately.
RMC M35 design mix as per IS-456 (with using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in underreamed piles,pile cap , grade beam and pedestal of any length/any section complete all as specified and as directed.
Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams, Grade beams, Pile caps; and similar work; vertical or to batter complete all as specified and as directed.

Carrying out initial pile load vertical tests on test piles(under reamed) of diameter 500mm as per standard procedure laid down in IS-2911 Part-IV 2013 for 2.50 times the design load specified in structural drawings including compressive strength including construction of test cap, dismantling the cap after the test and clearing the site and maintaining complete records of load settlements etc. mobilization of testing equipment, making arrangements for testing & removal of the same after completion of work as specified and directed by AGE/GE and submission of reports in quadruplicate duly signed by all concerned with site photographs, for 2.50 times the design load specified in drawings in non-working areas in the vicinity complete all as specified and directed.
Carrying out initial load test for lateral load on dia 500mm test piles with under reamed as per IS-2911 Part-IV 2013 for all as per the design load specified in structural drawings including clearing the site and maintaining complete records of load settlements etc. mobilization of testing equipment, making arrangements for testing & removal of the same after completion of work as specified and directed by AGE/GE and submission of reports in quadruplicate duly signed by all concerned with site photographs complete all as specified and directed.
