Taking down cement plaster on brick walls etc including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

S&F anodized aluminium snap grid frame work of size 605 mm X 605 mm using main and cross tee of size 15 mm x 15 mm x 1.5 mm (weight not less than 0.12 Kg./RM) and wall angle of size 40 mm x 25 mm x 2 mm (weight not less than 0.36 Kg./RM) and perforated particle board for insulation and accoustic propose Armstrong make of 60 x 60 cm in size fixed with screws to the aluminium work in ceiling with hangers 6 mm dia GI (up to 1200 mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slab by means of ceilings cleats made out GI flat 40 x 3 mm size 60 mm long and expansion hold fasteners 1.25 mm dia, 40 mm long complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L rendering 10mm thick cement plaster 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls finished even & smooth(without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 5mm thick cement plaster 1:3 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces on ceiling finished even & smooth(without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of oil bound distemper on walls over a two coat of birla putty incuding preparation of surfaces over primed surfaces complete.

M&L for preparation, washing and rubbing of old decorated wall surfaces and applying one coat of oil bound distemper complete.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II [ELECTRICAL WORKS]

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of water cooled ductable package 11.0 TR (One running and one standby) air conditioner fittted with scroll compressor, water cooled condenser thermostatic expansion valve, direct expansion evaporator coil, all controls and microprocessor pendant control including 407 C refrigerant, Gas charge complete all as specified and as directed. Supply, install, testing and commissioning of canvass connection for indoor units complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of 40 mm dia PVC drain piping complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of GI volume control dampers piping complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, lay and connecting up through cable tray / wall / UG cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, wire armoured, heavy duty electric cables with aluminum conductor 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminum conductor of size 10 sqmm 4 core including compression type glands and aluminum lugs for each core complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling 02 x TR BER central AC plant after disconnecting the all electrical connections, water connection / chiller pipe, AHUs, cooling towers, water tanks including all connected accessories for credit to contractor.

S & F earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60x60cm x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground leven) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth strip 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron plate No. 5 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion.
