The base of panel should be made with 75mm x 40mm x 6mm M.S. channel. Each compartment will be providing with hylam board at back side. The panel should have cable alley at both side of panel.

E : INTER - CONNECTION

All interconnection from incoming main switch To BBC & BBC to All outgoing main switch shall be made with suitable sizes (50 x 5) of copper strip / suitable size single core copper wire having marked ferrule for indication with rapping with proper ampere tape or heat sink tape and also colour indicated per phase by pvc tape.

F : CABLLING DIAGRAM

Cable allay arrangement will be provided in the cubicle panel in horizontal position with 400 Amp Capacity bakelite 4 way AC / DC Make connector indicating 3 phase & neutral for each outgoing main switches cable & also incoming.

G : PAINTING

The complete panel board shall be painted podwer coating paint, colour siemens gray.

H : EARTHING

A separate continuous GI earth busbar of appropriate size is to be painted at the inside bottom of the panel and run across the full load of the panel board. All electrical equipment are to be properly earthed with suitable size G.I. wire

I : CONSTRUCTIONAL DETAILS

All Incoming & Outgoing Panel mounted cubicle switch disconnector fuse shall be housed in respective compartment with hinged and gas keted door at front. The rear panel shall have gaketted wire net guard for ventilation and arrangement shall be made for easy accissibility to each compartment by providing rear panel door with locking system. The panel shall be properly gasketed to prevent ingress of dust and moisture and vermin. All horizontal bus bar chamber shall be properly arrange and all electrical switches and bus bar shall be fixed by M.S. nuts & bolts on angle / flat iron frame base. The outgoing feeder connection from respective switch shall be made at rear side of panel with proper identification as per direction of E.I.C. The complete panel board is to be installed on suitable brick padestal incl. net cement finish as directed by the E.I.C.

Vendor have to submit four (4) set for each of GA drawing & Control circuit wiring dragam.
