Notes for all items of BOQ :- 1. The contractor should visit the site before quoting the tender to know the exact working condition of the station. 2. All requisite safety measures to be adopted by contractor on site. 3. The contractor shall provide and deploy sufficient skilled worker at NASA & CERA (as approved by GE/ Engineer in charge) shall report at 9.00 hrs to JE B/R / Engineer in charge to collect the complaints job card from complaint cell in working days and complete the same complaint within 24 Hrs. 4. The complaints shall be rectified within 24 Hrs, if the complaints is/are not attended / not completed with in 24 Hrs ( except repair/replacement of major items) recovery will be done at Rs. 500 per complaint per day. 5 Major works should be rectified within 5 working days, if the contractor not rectify within time then the recovery will be done at Rs 1000 per complaint per day. 6. After completion of Job work complaint, the contractor has to produce job card duly signed by user to JE B/R /Engineer in charge. 7 If contractor failed to provide sufficient skilled worker or attend the complaints then recovery will be done at Rs 1000 per day.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion (exterior grade) over a coat of primer on wall complete all as specified and as per manufacturers instructions. Note :- The quoted rates includes necessary scaffoldings and safety measures for safe doing of work at any heights.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on stone masonry or faces other than fair faces of brick work in cement mortar 1:6 surfaces finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.
