Systematic maintenance of railway track in the private siding at FCI premises as per the Technial specifications 3.0 to 3.9 of the siding maintenance agreement on annual programme basis Qty in ETKM given for 12 months (1.3045*12=15.65) (Rate to be entered per ETKM per month)

Rectification of damaged track on account of derailment including changing of any number of rails points and crossings and sleepers with fittings, fixtures and ballast including aligning correction of cross leverls and packing (the required materials will be supplied by FCI at site of work free of cost) ( after satisfying terms and conditions of clause 34 Vol.IV if any payment is admissible, then only the contractor will be entitled for the same). Manual deep screening of Plain track/turnouts as per procedure prescribed in IRPWM, June 2020 or latest, on PSC sleepers of any density and throwing away screened muck arising out of screening on toe of bank or on cess, if low or on spoil banks above top of cutting (including throwing and leveling, if required beyond minimum 5m from the edge of cutting which are up to 3m deep or alternatively carting it up to 50m for disposing it off beyond cutting or platforms) as per direction Engineer-in-charge, including cutting cess for effective drainage on both sides, one round of Kutcha packing with screened ballast and further attending to track parameter to make track fit for 20 kmph speed complete in all respect. Depth of 250 mm below bottom of sleeper (Analysed as per item no.081023 of IR-USSOR 2021)
