Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of 400/440V indoor, totally enclosed, dust tight and vermin proof, dry type star delta starter with under voltage and over voltage cut off and single phase preventer suitable for the above pumpset as per I E rules.

Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of suitable size best quality, ISI marked PIN. 1.6, heavy duty Cast Iron, double flanged sluice valve as per IS 780.

Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of suitable size best quality, ISI marked, heavy duty Cast Iron, double flanged reflex valve as per IS 5312 suitable for the above pumpsets.

Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of suitable size best quality, ISI marked, heavy duty Cast Iron, double Foot valve suitable for the above pumpsets.

Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of reputed make 150 mm dia, 0-15Kg/cm2 pressure gauge with stop cock and all accessories sutiable for the above pumpsets.

Supplying, fabricating and erecting pumping header & delivery pipe of required size with Y connection and necessary joints made out of GI medium pipe in suitable length with required flanged joint and seating on supports as per site condition and as per the direction of departmental officers.

Design, engineering, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of medium voltage sheet steel clad, totally enclosed, dust tight & vermin proof, indoor floor/wall mounted cubicle type switchboard fabricated out of 14 swg mild steel sheet, air insulated and of adequate size as mentioned below, for operation on 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 volts, 50 Hz. AC supply system having Isolator, switch fuse units, all meters etc.of reputed make suitable for the above motor and conforming IS specifications and are assembled, earthed and the switch board should be painted ( Powder Coating) using approved colour shade. The panel board should be fabricated as per Kerala Electrical Inspectorate and relevant standards.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of PVC insulated cable of required size and guage, clamped on walls/ceiling with clamps and saddle clips partly laid in cable tray/partly laid in trench suitable for motor as per the rules of Electrical Inspectorate including taking power connection from KSEB switch board, connecting to panel board, starter, capacitor, motor etc. complete.

Supply of all materials and providing end termination of the PVC insulated cable of suitable size for giving power connections to panel board, switches, capacitor, starter, motors etc. complete as per standards.

Providing earthing with copper wire in ground at a depth of 3.0m from ground level using 1200 x 1200mm x12mm CI plate with alternate layers of charcoal and salt including supply & fixing of 38mm dia. perforated GI pipe, funnel for watering purpose including construction of masonry chamber with MS cover as per IS specification 3043.

Supply, laying and termination of suitable size copper strip / wires for required length for earthing the Motor, starter, capacitor etc. and inter connecting with earth pits etc.

Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of 400/440V, 50Hz, Capacitor 16Vr for the motor of the pump set. The capacitor should conmfirm to IS 2834 /1986

Constructing foundation for pump set with M:20 mix NSBS of suitable size and reinforcement 16mm torsteel in mesh in all directions and fixing foudation bolt to suit base of the pumpset as directied by department officers

Supply and errection of suitable size of powder coated pannel board and all accessories at Booster Pump House Maniyanthadam as per direction

Repairing the existing 25HP CF pumpset in the Maniathadam pumphopuse including disconnecting the electric lines,seperating the suction and delivery line from pump,dismantling the foundation bolt, seperating the pump and motor,conveying to workshop,dismantling the motor, seperating the rotor and stator removing the damaged bearing,fitting new bearing,assembling the motor,dismantling the pump,seperating the impeller,shaft etc,cleaning the impeller and casing,removing damaged bearing,fitting new bearing,assembling the pump,fitting new coupling pulley and bush on pump and motor,conveying the pump and motor to pump house,fitting on foundation,alligning,fitting suction and delivery line,providing electric connections trial run etc..

Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of suitable rating fully automatic star delta starter with air break contact starter suitable for the above motor with over voltage and under voltage protection, single phase preventer, over load relay with motor protection relay with main contactor and bypass contactor as per IE rules and code of practice etc. complete at Maniyanthadam Booster Pump House
