Excavation infoundation and trenches etc. in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting and chiselling soft or hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all leads and lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, levelling of bed to correct grade stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and returning the excavated soil in 15cm layers including consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil as directed in all leads and lifts and soring strutting and trimming and dressing where ever required complete in all respect.

Pick jumper work

Laying,jointing and testing GMS Pipes jointed with butt weld joint of below dia mtr i/c the cost of bends ) complete as per IS:1239-1990 (Part-I) , as per dimensions, weights and test pressures mentioned below in a random length of 4 to 7 meters. The Butt welded joints and welding with electrodes as per relevant codes . The welding to be done in requisite number layers to make the joints leak proof and to entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. The laying of pipe should be conformed to IS:5822-1994. (Earth work in trenches, & Butt weld joints to be measured and paid for separately )

GMS pipe 125mm dia (Medium class)

Providing circumferential Butt welded joints by electrical arc welding to GMS/MSERW pipe, welded in requisite number of weld runs so as to achieve the minimum effective throat thickness of weld conforming to IS: 816-1969 specifications, by using welding electrodes conforming to IS:814-1991, at site of work complete in all respects, including manual / mechanical handling of pipes in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Rising Main 125 mm dia

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 ( 1 cement: 3 sand: 6 graded stone agg.40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all depths and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3(1Cement : 1.5 sand: 3 graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all leads and lifts in:-

Foundation, footing, bases of columns and the like & mass concrete.

Walls (any thickness but not less than 0.10 mts. Thickness) attached pillasters, buttresses plinth, & string courses etc. from top of found level upto floor two level.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like i/c attached pillars, buttresses, plinth & string courses etc. up to 4.00 metre height for vertical surface.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landing and the like floors etc. upto 200mm in thickness as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:2:4 (1 Cement:2 Sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in :-

Suspended floor, roofs, landing shelves and their supports balconies, beams, girders bressumers and cantilevers etc. up to all floor level in all leads and lifts.

Providing mild steel/tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including cutting bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level.

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work including cutting, hoisting and fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in grating,framed,guards, bars,ladders, ralling brackets and similar works and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in- charge.

Laying ,jointing and testing in trenches galvanised mild steel tube of medium grade screwed and socketted complete with tube fittings such as bends,tees,air valves, etc. of 100 mm dia complete as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in charge.

125 mm dia

Providing and fixing double flanged cast iron sluice valve of 125 mm dia of class PN-1.00 as per IS:14846 of Leader/Kirloskar make including MS flange of Table- 17 as per IS: 6392-1971 with welding of MS flanges in requisite layer on both faces including carriage complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Providing & Fixing of Man hole cover (size 680X680) with M.S sheet 2.00 mm thick with hinges on MS. angle iron frame 35x35x3mm supporting with 25x5mm MS flat with base frame 40x40x5mm duly welded and fixed in RCC slab with anchor bolt 12mmx150mm i/c cost of welding charges,carriage fixing and applying priming coat and locking arrangement complete in all respect as per entired satisfiction of engineer in charge.
