Excavation in trenches soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5mtr in depth for foundation etc or for shaft well, cesspits, manholes, fire hole etc n.exc 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5mtr in depth and getting out complete all as directed.

Returning, filling including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in any type of soil.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point.

Supply and filling in and speading unwashed river sand for cushioning and covering the under ground cables in trenches and punning to provide required cover complete all as specified in SSR Part-I and as directed.

Supply and lay cable cover for LT Cable Class LV,type 1 , flat size 250mmx150mm x 40 mm.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete class LV Type 1 cable cover size 250 mmx150mmx40 mm for cable protection in trenches complete as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for XLPE insulated, LT armoured electric cable with aluminium standared conductor 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 10 sqmm, 4.00 core laid in trenches/pipes/ducts/wall/boarings with necessary cable lugs and glands,nuts,bolts and washers etc.including taking out/down old cables and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Excavation, earth work, cable protection, sand fillings, cable joint shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of schedule.

M&L for detection of fault through fault locating high voltage mobile machine to locate the fault in 11 KV HT cable by giving high voltage surge and to find out exact location of fault all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge at site. (Note : The Item includes transportation, charging machine upto detecting fault at a time).

M&L in repairs lightening arrestor expulsion type 11 KV with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 Kilo amp including fixing arrangement as required and as directed (Make : Jaipuria or equivalent in make specified in Particular specification.

S&F in repair switches air break, gang operated triple pole, mechanically operated, mounted on insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level, for current rating upto 200 amps, 11000 volts all as per clause no 19.69 of SSR part-I (2009) with fixed contacts of phosphorous and bronze and a set of drop out HT fuse assembly, fuse carrier fitting, insulator type mounted on MS channel operating rod with pad lock arrangement including dropout fuse assembly and lightning arrester complete all as specified and directed. Disconnecting / dismantling in position minor servicing / overhaul of 11 KV distribution transformers 1000 KVA capacity for any type of leakage/defect at LT/HT bushing, gasket, drain plug etc., after disconnecting of electric supply and earth connections, drain out transformer oil and keeping in close containers for re-use, lifting / removing of top cover of transformer if it requires, re-assembling of transformer with S&F of new gasket set assembly, repairs of nuts, bolts and washers, as required at site, re-filling of Transformer oil, complete after electric connections and testing all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (i) If retrieved transformer oil's di-electric strength is very less than it will be replaced with new one in relevent items. (ii) If any minor items is required for smooth functioning of transformer including general cleaning of surrounding area and equipment also, the cost of the same will be deemed to be included in the unit rates.

Filtration & Dehydration of transformers oil at Substation to achieve di-electric strength not less than 60 KV at 4mm gap as per relevant IS with portable filteration plant, testing of the oil for the di-electric strength before and after filteration complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Disconnecting LT/HT connection and earthing strip connection of the transformer and transportation up to workshop for repair and disconnecting , dismantling & complete overhauling of 11 KV distribution Transformer any capacity after drain out of transformer oil and kept in close containers for re use, lifting/removing of top cover of transformer & cores with chain pully blocks/crane, cleaning of sludge and washed down with the help of spray of clean oil and re-assembling of transformer with S&F of new gasket set assembly, repairs of nuts, bolts and washers, as required at site, re filling of Transformer oil after centrifuging at satifactory dielectric strength complete after electric connections and testing all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (i) If retrieved transformer oil's di-electric strength is very less than it will be replaced with new one in relevent items. (ii) If any minor items is required for smooth functioning of transformer including general cleaning of surrounding area and equipment also, the cost of the same will be deemed to be included in the unit rates. (iii) Cost of transportation up to workshop & back and insttalation after repair including electric/earth connection is deemed to be included under quoted rate by the contractor.

Overhauling of step down outdoor/indoor transformer up to 1000 KVA, 11/0.433 KV by disconnecting HT/LT terminals, descalinnning transformer oil, removing sludge, cleaning of HT /LT bushings to remove dust particles /dirt etc, cleaning the core and winding with compressed air and reassembling complete including replacement of copper washers, rubber bushes of HT/LT bushings, replacement of cork sheet suitable for transformer top cover, terminal boxes, refilling the transformer oil after filteration and dehydration and toping up with new transformer oil, painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint and testing and recommissioning on load etc, complete for the transformers of following rating:- (Filterationand dehydration of transformer oil and supply only transformer oil for topping up supply only of HT & LT bushings shall be measured and paid separately under respective items):-

M&L for providing re-insulation like cotton tape/paper insulation on LT side of strip winding and resetting the same in existing position and fixing the transformer core assembly in transformer housing/tank, making complete internal electric/mechanical connections, repairs of old sleeves, bolts, nuts, washers/wires, hooks etc. including tightening of all loose connections complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge
