Supply of Biomass Shredder on BOOT Basis
Charges for labour and machinery supply in handling the shredding of 400MT of biomass per day with the double stage size reduction upto 30MM at 85% accuracy for bidder supplied machines on "BOOT" basis.
Shredding of biomass with moisture upto 40% from the palleted biomass with size 14"x18"x(36" upto 60") of bale and shredding in double stage size reduction upto 30MM Size at 90% accuracy, 30mm-50mm 8%, 50mm-60mm 2% in double shredding stage. This job inclusive of consumables of all Machinery including Shredder, maintainance, loading, unloading, stacking of biomass bales and any other instruction as per EIC
Buyback for each double shredder machine On successful completion of operation of 3 Month a separate purchase order will be issued as per rate finalized and in accordance with the provision mentioned in the order issued against the subject tender
