Supply, install, testing and commissioning of distribution transformer step down, copper wounded having primary side for 6.6 KV & secondary for 433 Volt, 3 phase, 50 c/s capacity of 160 KVA with the following specification :- (i) No load voltage ratio-6.6 /0.433 KV (ii) Nos of phase- Three (iii) Type of cooling-ONAN (iv) Frequency-50 c/s (v) Vector group-DYN 11 (vi) Two earthing terminals for body earthing and two additional for neutral brought out on a bushing. (vii) Oil level gauge indicating oil level minimum and maximum. (viii) Lifting lugs. (ix) Rating and terminal marking plates. (x) Dehydrating breathing device which would not permit ingress of rain water and insects. (xi) Drain-cum-sampling valve (3/4" nominal size thread) preferably steel with plug, (xii)Thermometer pocket . (xiii) Oil filling hole (1-1/4" Nominal size thread) with cover (for transformers without conservator). (xiv) Connection- Delta/Star (xv)Temperature rise in oil-45 deg Centigrade (xvi) Temperature rise in windings-55 deg Centigrade. Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty)with stranded aluminium conductor, 6600 volts grade, of size 3 core 95 sq mm.

Cable jointing kit for 6.6 KV/ 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination cold shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 Sqmm to 95 Sqmm. Complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to 4.0mm GI wire by means of bolts and nuts checknuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as specified and shown in electrical plate no 3 of SSR part I including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber with RCC 1:2:4 type B1 40 mm thick cover with MS rod 8mm dia 150mm long reinforcement, watering funnel, 40 mm dia light grade for protection of earth electrode 20 mm dia for watering all as specified and directed and tested on completion.

Material & Labour for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below theground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to the galvanised earth lead by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel using GI strip 32x6mm as earthing lead as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning filling, disposal of surplus soil, earth pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate pit, funnel, 20mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe, 40mm dia GI medium grade earth lead protection pipe, CI frame and cover, wire, copper lugs etc mesh, chorcoal and common salt in alternatee layer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and erection of three piece metal oxide lightning arrestor suitable for 6.6 KV continuous operating voltage (3 phase) with rated voltage 12 KV (rms) with nominal discharge current rating of 65 KA and complete with galvanised clamping arrangements, GI bolts, nuts, washers etc. complete as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type I flat size of 300 x 180 mm x 40 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, for foundation of poles, stays or for laying of cables, not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) n.exc.50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spreading clean dry sand in trenches for cushioning all as specified for cable protection complete as specified.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay bricks of class 'B' type for protection of under ground cable in trends all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix galvanized steel tubing light grade, with fittings and ms clamps nut, bolts etc of 100 mm dia bore for cable protection on pole, road crossing or ground in pillar for fixing light etc. Complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Pin type insulator, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut 150mm height, 135 mm dia for 6600 volts grade. Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 400 sq mm 3.5 core. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cross arms bracing supports clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nut bolt washers welding bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and including one primer coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Installation of Advance encapsulated compound based CPRI tested maintenance free, pipe-in-pipe technology upgraded (Zinc & Alloy Coated), ZINC COATED( 80-100)microns with pure Zinc (99.9%) & ALLOY COATING (200-250)microns. Earthing System confirming IS 3034:1987. The outer and inner pipe should be 76.3 mm & 41.9 mm 3 mtrs Length, Zinc coated with additional special Alloy coating 300mm on the topside for additional corrosion protection of the Terminal. The annular space between the pipes being filled up with COMPACT FILL(CF) (Crystalline Conductive Compound). The COMPACT FILL (CF) mixture which is machine pressed in the pipes should not disintegrate or collapse when outer pipe corrodes. The inner pipe should be extended with terminals for connectivity The job includes digging the pits and refilling the same by Conductolite Back Fill compound (Ground Enhancer), the BFC should be eco friendly it should not contain environmentally hazardous material/metal having RoHS Certification from NABL accredited lab. Good earth is to be arranged to fill the excavated pits by mixing the same with BFC 2 bags(each bag contains 25 kgs of BFC) including FRP(fiber reinforced plastic) cover having high mechanical strength, chemical resistance able to bear 2 TON of loads with detachable easy locking lid.complete all as specified & directed. M & L for Earth continuity conductor with 20x3mm copper strip fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases with necessay porocelen insulators pvc sleeve or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe/wall or fixed to poles or any ther indicated situation for loop earthing etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40mm dia steel tubes (light grade) galvanised with fittings, laid in trenches/wall for protection of underground earth strip when crossing the road/fixing on wall as in repair complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 50 mm galvanised steel (Gl) tubing medium grade with screwed socket joints, together with all tube fittings (such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, connectors, back- nuts, diminishing pieces, caps, plugs and unions, etc.) and laying in trenches, etc., also for cutting, screwing and waste and for making forged bends on piping as required. Connectors shall be inserted, where required or directed. The rates also include cutting through walls, floors, etc. and their making good complete all as directed..

Supply and fixing of Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends of size 50 mm dia for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.
