80mm thick double skin panels, in walls/partitions/Ceiling, made up of 0.6mm thick (TCT) powder coated G.I. Sheet on both sides of panels., filled with CFC free puf (density 40Kg/cum), including other required accessories End channels/Tongue and groove jointing system complete in all respects.

Providing and fixing double skin door leaf (single/double), 44mm thick made out of 0.8mm thick GPSP metal sheet including 38 density PUF infilled. The finish shall be 50 microns epoxy powder coating and will have provision of fixing hardware excluding cost of hardware like door closer, handles, lock, door stopper but including cost of SS hinges 125x64x1.9mm complete in all respects.

Providing and fixing single rebate door frame of required size made out of 1.2 mm thick G.I. Sheet formed to single rigid profile of size 80mmx45mm. The door frame shall have back plates as reinforcement on all jaws for taking all hardwares, including fixing in position with anchor bolts. The door frame shall be 50 microns epoxy powder coated including fixing of high quality rubber gasket for sealing it with shutter. The rebate shall be suitable for fixing of shutter.
