It will be the endeavor of the Railways to make payments to firms within 30 days, from the date of receipt of bills, complete in all respects & submitted alongwith all the relevant/ required documents including Modification Advice (if any), required for passing of the bills.

As per RDSO procurement policy dated. 08.08.2025, said item is not available in policy. However, OEM of New T-28 machine is M/s Colmar Pvt Ltd Italy, these items of VOLVO PENTA make were already fitted on machine. These items of this make are suitable for New T-28 machine. Therefore, for procurement through open tender, indent has been processed for these two make i.e. VOLVO PENTA, COLMAR.
