Material and labour for rectifieing the defects listed in Annexure 4 to Particular specification and any further defects undergone detoriation at site as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Point wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable ISI marked, 1100 Volt grade, FRLS of size 1.5Sqmm drawn in and including concealed PVC Rigid conduit of size not less than 20mm dia with MS box concealed and logic modular white plates of suitable size as required at site with PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor of size 1.5Sqmm as earth wire connected to common earth dolly as specified for one light point controlled by one switch for light/fan as directed. Note:-(i)Rate include cost of making MS box in concealed for cutting and sinkings for boxes and making good to walls, No extra payment will be made for the same.(ii)rtae include the logic modular plates, Necessary blank plates as required at site.

CFL wall mounted 18 watts to be fitted in holder suitable for 230V 50Hz AC supply.

Fluorescent tube light fitting single tube 1 x 36 Watt 230 volt with tube rod wall mounted etc complete with all accessories internally pre wired and including connecting up with cable from ceiling rose to fitting all as specified and as directed by EIC. Make:- Philips Cat No TMS021 1x TL-D 36WI or equivalent model in other makes mentioned in list of manufacturers.

Exhaust fan 450mm sweep with copper winding complete with metal body and blades and metal bird screen for protection from foregin matter with cable from ceiling rose to exhaust fan. Make:- Crompton Greaves or other makes mentioned in list of manufacturers.

MCB SP 6 to 32Amp 240Volt 50Hz AC supply. Make:- MDS Legrand Cat No 6032 31 to 6032 37 or equivalent in other makes mentioned in list of manufacturers.

Submain wiring with PVC insulated, unsheathed 1100 volts grade, FRLS single core multistranded copper conductor cable 2 run of 4Sqmm drawn through in and including concealed PVC conduit of size not less than 20mm with all accessories on walls/ceiling along with one run of 2.5Sqmm PVC insulated single core unsheathed cable with multistranded copper conductor as earth continuity conductor all as specified and as directed by EIC. Note:- Unit rate include two run of 4Sqmm cable and two run 2.5Sqmm cable and PVC conduit.

CFL street light luminaries with sheet AI housing with UV stabilized acrylic cover with 2 x 28 Watt all fixing arrangement in wall with GI pipe of 40/50mm size bracket as shaped as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make:- Philips Cat No HGS 120 2 x TL-28W EBE or equivalent model in other makes mentioned in list of manufacurers.

Providing interlocking steel sheet shoring to the sides of trenches MS sheet 0.5m wide stiffened on edges with 50mmx50mmx6mm Angles driving sown vertically on either side one after another in lines and levels with suitable pile driving equipments and accessories to a maximum depth of 0.5 below the bottom of the propsed excavation 0.5m above ground level suitably braced by horizontal wailing pieces of 75mmx150mmx8mm angles on either side at intervals and maintaining the shoring till the piles and related works completed including dismantling, cleaning and restacking for reuse including all labour hire charges and conveyance of equipments tools and plants and sundries etc complete for above 2.5m upto 6m height all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of drain of width exceeding 1.50m but not exceeding 3.00m and depth not exceeding 1.50m which consist of removal/dredging of muck/waste leaves/grass/plants/solid wastes etc complete including removing the waste material to a distance exceeding 1.5Km but not exceeding 5.00Km from the starting point and depositing at a level not exc 1.5m above where directed.

Cleaning of existing canal of width(average)exceeding 3m but not exceeding 6.50m depth not exceeding 1.50m which includes of removal/dredging of muck/waste leaves/grass/solid wastes/plants/flora and fauna etc complete and getting out the muck of any type up to datum level including removing the waste material to a distance exceeding 1.5Km but not exceeding 5.00Km and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50m above the starting point.

NEW ITEMS:Material and labour for Cement concrete for foundation filling and concrete using M-15 concrete with 20mm graded aggregate all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing sand pile of dia 10cm using standard engineering practice to a depth of 6m at an interval of 30cm and filling with 6mm nominal size blue metal and all labour and materials , all related incidental items of work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The depth of sand pile shall be measured for payment from the cut off level below sand piling.

Material and labour for Cement concrete for walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like any thickness above top of footing including attached pilasters and buttresses using M-25 concrete with 20mm graded aggregate all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Pre cast Cement concrete (1:11/2 :3) type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate in landings and cover slab set in cement mortar 1:4 including form work complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
