Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all height including carriage of material in all leads and lifts. Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to all level including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to all level including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Stone soling properly hand/ with hand durmat packed filling interstices with Kharanja stone including sperding, watering and ramming under floor specified thickness complete as per HP.PWD specification including carriage of material within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required including carriage of material in all leads and lifts. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture

Providing and laying 60mm thick faciory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.
