Required• Upload Scanned copy of Experience in Form -3A for one similar Completed work (i.e. AV System work or Digital Conference System) having completion cost not less than ₹19,02,760.35 (Without GST) (40 Percentage of the amount put to tender for the proposed Work) (Escalation/ Enhancement Factor as per SBD Applicable) in last five financial years. (For Government works: Completion Certificate in Form-3-A issued by the competent authority shall be submitted. If specifically required by the Employer/Authority, relevant BOQ details shall also be submitted. and for private work- Self attested copy of work order, self-attested copy of agreement, self-attested copy of Completion certificate, self-attested copy of Final bill, self-attested copy of TDS certificates and self-attested copy of letter of permission given by employer for subletting the work are required)
