Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 35 sq mm XLPE insulated 1100V single core armored copper cable (Preferred make: Finolex/ Gloster/ Havells/ KEI/ Polycab) or equivalent make. The column supports installed at two sides of the sump on which the beam of the sump gantry rest. The column supports fabricated out of 150 mm dia. 6.3 mm thick MS pipe. The height of each MS post is 3000 mm. The column supports grouted in cement concrete block of 2’x2’x2.5’ in 1:2:4 mix. The two ends of the column support have provided with MS plate of size 300x300x10mm by way of welding. The plates are drilled with 4 No. of holes so that plate of column supports and plates of I beam shall be joined with the help of nuts and bolts and welding as well. Fabrication and fitting of ladder steps fab. out of ISA 30x30x5mm (1.5 feet long) on both of the vertical columns supports at intervals of 2 feet c/c. Movement: The sump gantry comprises providing/ hoisting of chain block of 1 Ton capacity with 6 mtr vertical lift on one No. travelling mono rail of I Ton capacity. The make of the chain pulley block and mono rail is Globe/equivalent make with ISI mark. The sump gantry shall be painted with steel primer and two coats of enamel paint of yellow shade for I beam and black shade for vertical supports.
