Sub Head:Scheduled Items

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.

In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade:

Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 gram/ litre, of approved brand and manufacturer including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour

Two coats or more coats

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :

One or more coats on old work.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead :

With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand).

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including raking out the old putty:

Float glass panes of thickness 4 mm

Renewing glass panes and refixing existing wooden fillets:

Float glass panes of thickness 4 mm

Cleaning of terrace/loft water storage tank (inside surface area) upto 2000 litre capacity at all heights with coconut brushes, duster etc., removal of silt, rubbish from the tank and cleaning the tank with fresh water disinfecting with bleaching powder @ 0.5gm per litre capacity of tank, including marking the date of cleaning on the side of tank body with the help of stencil and paint and disposing of malba, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (The old date already written on tank should be removed with paint remover or black paint and if date is not written with the stencil or old date is not removed deduction will be made @ Rs. 0.10 per litre if during cleaning any GI fittings or ball cock is damaged that is to be repaired by contractor at his own cost and nothing extra will be paid on this account)

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Providing and fixing Brass 100mm mortice latch and lock with 6 levers without pair of handles (best make of approved quality) for aluminium doors including necessary cutting and making good etc. complete.

Sub-Head: Services

Providing the plumbing services with skilled plumber for attending the day-to-day complaintson urgent basis like repairs to water supply equipments and sanitary installations in the BSNL Compounds within the Municipal limits of Srinagar City during attending of calls on day basis complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. Note: The agency shall provide all the necessary tools & plants , ladder, scaffolding wherever required including mobile phone and conveyance to the worker for attending the complaints. (Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.) The materials / fitting required shall be paid for seperately.

Providing the carpenter services with skilled carpenter for attending the day-to-day complaints on urgent basis like repairs to doors , windows, partitions , pelmets and other fittings etc. in the BSNL Compounds within the Municipal limits of Srinagar City during working hours and working days complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. Note: The agency shall provide all the necessary tools & plants , ladder, scaffolding wherever required including mobile phone and conveyance to the worker for attending the complaints. (Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.) The materials / fitting required shall be paid for seperately.

Clearing the chokage of water closet like floor traps gully traps etc includung vertical sewage/ drainage stacks ensuring free flow of sewage all complete including the cost of necessary acids etc. as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Clearing of chocked sewer manhole and removing all rubbish etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing the sewer / drain line services with sewer man for attending the day-to-day complaints like removing of blockage by way of rodding and flushing with requisite quantity of surplus water etc , disinfecting by way of spraying disinfectent etc in the BSNL Compounds and removal of sludge outside the building premises and dumping within the Municipal limits of Srinagar City during working hours and working days complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. Note: The agency shall provide all the necessary tools & plants ,disinfectant , wherever required including mobile phone and conveyance to the worker for attending the complaints. (Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.) The materials / fitting required shall be paid for seperately.

Providing electric welding set including welding rods etc. for repairs of M.S. doors , windows, grills, gates , ladder , railings etc. including the cost of transportation, labour charges etc. all complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Re-setting of aluminum door, tightening of cleats etc.replacing of pivots or aluminium hinges or rubber gasket wherever required including steel screws etc. all complete.

Sub-Head:Non-Scheduled Items

Repairing of exisiting wooden door/window shutters i/c taking out of door shutters and applying necessary repairs including replacement of damaged styles, rails, hinges etc as required on the site complete as per the directions of EIC

Supplying the following items as and when required as per approved brand and approved manufacturer( ISI marked) complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
