Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in all kind of soil such , as pick work, jumper work saturated soil including bailing or pumping out water, blasting soft/hard rock or chiselling soft /hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all leads & lifts including timbering & dressing of sides levelling of beds to correct grade including shoring shuttering planking timbering and dewatering where ever required stacking usable/unusable material soil separately and after laying jointing and testing of pipes returning the usable soil in trenches in 15cm layers including consolidating of each deposited layer by ramming & watering & then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in all leads & lifts including restoration of unmetalled surfaces to its original condition & including cost of a diversion for traffic night signals,fixing caution boards crossing over trenches for access to houses fencing etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement : 3 sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centring & shuttering in Foundation & plinth as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.

Providing & laying cement concrete1:1½:3 (1cement :1½ sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) & curing complete excluding the cost of form work & reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in :-

Foundation,footing,bases of columns and the like & mass concrete as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.

In columns , pillars post and Strits upto floor all level as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.

In suspended floors , roofs , landing & shalves & their supports balconies , beam girders , bressumers & cantilever uoto floor all level. as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor all level with in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge

1st class brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in superstructure above plinth level upto floor two level in cement mortor 1:6 ( 1 cement :6 approved sand) with in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge

Wood Work in Frame of doors , windows , Clearstory , windows and other frames wrought , Framed and fixed in position.( 1st Class Devodar wood) as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing M.S. Grill of required pattern in wooden frame of window etc. With MS flats square or round bars with round headed bolts and nuts or by screw (Plain grill ) and lifts as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Excavation in earth work and filling in 15 cm layeres in foudation and plinth including rammimg, watering and consolidating complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer in charge .

Filling in plinth with sand under floor including watering, ramming, consoldating and dressing complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.

Boulder filling under floors complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.

40mm thick cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 approved sand :4 approved graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.

Random rubble masonry/ polygonal rubble masonry ( Uncoursed/broughtto courses) with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 ( 1 cement :6 sand :12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) in cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement :6 sand) complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thich welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering struttting and propping etc.with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mts. And removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-

Flat surface such as soffits of suspended floor, roofs, landings and the like floor etc.all in thickness complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.

Beam, cantilevers, girder and lintels:- Sides and soffits of beam haunching cantilever, girder, bressumers and lintels not exceeding 1 metres in depth complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.

In columns , pillars post and Struts upto floor all level as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.

Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls. all width as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.

20mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/stone masonry for interior plastering up to floor two level i/c arisses internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even & smooth in C:M 1:3(1cement:3sand) in all lead & lifts as per the direction of engineer in charge .
