RequiredThe bidders are invited to submit most competitivequotation for the mentioned items including labour cost,transportation and installation / erection charges.
RequiredEMD for Rs.25,000/- to be paid by the participants through online in favour of the Commissioner, GHMC
RequiredContractor's/ Agencies registration certificate is mandatory if the quotations are quoted by Individuals / Agency.
RequiredIn case the Service Provider is a consortium of companies/Joint Venture, the application should contain a clear distribution of tasks among the consortium members.
RequiredCompany's Registration Certificate & Valid Certificate on Quality Management System ISO 9001. is mandatory if the quotations are quoted in the name of Company.
RequiredThe bidder shall upload Duly Accomplished Form as provided in Annexure-1.
RequiredThe bidder shall upload Company profile (short info up to 2 pages).
RequiredIf quotations are directly quoted from the Manufacturer /Supplier / Company no experience certificates are required.
RequiredIf the service provider / Agency / Contractor quotes the quotations then relevant similar experience certificates to be uploaded.
RequiredThe bidder shall upload Annual Turn Over Report certified by CA for the last 5 financial years i.e., from 2021-22 to 2025-26 for an amount of Rs.50.00 Lakhs.
RequiredThe bidder shall upload Self declaration on blacklisting & litigation history.
RequiredThe Supplier shall be ready to supply the machines any time as desired by the department.
RequiredSpecialization in supplying machines ie., Blood Coagulator/Dryer, Blower and Energy Meters.
RequiredQuotation should be for site delivery and should include all the charges like loading, transporting, unloading, labor charges etc. and there should not be any hidden charges.
RequiredIncomplete and late Quotations are liable to be rejected summarily.
RequiredQuotations shall contain complete specifications.
RequiredPrinted brochures and photographs of the above mentioned items shall be submitted.
RequiredThe prices shall be quoted in Indian Rupee only.
RequiredAll duties, taxes, other charges and levies etc (if any) payable shall be shown in the quotation.
RequiredThe bidders should submit their quotations for the specified unit rate, if in case of any discrepancies the quotations will be summarily rejected.
RequiredOffer from Manufacturer / Supplier / Registered contractor alone will be accepted.
RequiredEach bidder shall submit only one quotation for each item.
RequiredQuotation shall remain valid for a period of 180 days after the dead line date specified for submission as given above.
RequiredIn exceptional circumstances, GHMC may request the Vendor to extend the validity of the Quotation beyond what has been initially indicated in this RFQ. The Proposal shall then confirm the extension in writing, without any modification whatsoever on the Quotation.
RequiredNo interim communication on the status of quotations shall be entertained, bidders shall, however, provide additional details for evaluating the quotations if wanted.
RequiredQuotation from firms/company's/manufacturer registered under GST / other statutory bodies alone will be considered.
RequiredGST on Price Quotation: Must be inclusive of GST and other applicable indirect taxes.
RequiredAnnexures to this RFQ: 1) Forms for Submission of Quotations for various items (Annexure 1)
