Providing and fixing 35 mm thick panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory widnows including black enamelled M.S. butt hinges with necessary screws excluding, panelling which will be paid for separately.

Providing and fixing 35 mm thick glazed shutters for doors windows and clerestory windows using 10Kg/sqm (4mm thick) glass panes including anodised aluminum butt hinges (Anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS:1868) with necessary screws etc, complete.

With superior hard wood Cat-II (A)

Providing and fixing panelling or panelling and glazing in pannelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows (Area of opening for panel inserts excluding portion inside grooves or rebates to be measured) panelling for panelled or panelled and glazed shutters 25 mm to 40 mm thick.

With superior hard wood Cat-II (A)

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :

Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface.

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade:

One or more coats on old work.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :

One or more coats on old work.

Extra for making chequers of approved pattern on cement concrete floors, steps, landing, pavements etc.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead :
