Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 ( nominal mix ) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in cement concrete in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges, lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar ands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs , water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including necessary formwork where required complete all as specified and directed.

Brick work with old size fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified & directed.

All as per srl item no 11 above but except bricks.

Pressed steel frame using 1.25 mm thick PBI sheet (size of frame 105 x 60 mm) for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock/ strike plate etc and filling with PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in back of chowkats complete all as specified.

35mm thick second class hardwood (Sal/Hollock) factory made plain framed panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rails & panel of 9 mm B.W.P commercial ply wood or 12 mm thick veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both side. The size of rail and stile as per IS:1003 (Part-I) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed.

Aluminium handles cast type anodized of size 150 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Aluminium anodized barrel tower bolt of extruded section of size 150 mm and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

250mm long aluminium alloy, anodized, sliding door bolt with hasp, staple(bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded section or cast aluminium alloy complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning the surface and made free of dirt, foreign particles, laitance followed by grinding all protrusions to make surface modulated. Thereafter, inspection for cracks on the surface caused by thermal expansion contraction. Cutting the grooves with suitable cutter machine in "V" groove filled with Repair mortar/Micro concrete/General purpose grout as recommended proportionally as per recommendation of manufacturer. Making of Gollas at all the corners with Polymer modified mortar(1:4 Cement:sand with 3.5% Acrylic of cement weight) Supplying and applying High build elastomeric waterproofing coating based on pure, hydrophobic polyurethane, cold applied of spray / brush applied, membrane with an elongation of 280% and tensile strength of 2.7 N/mm2 as per ASTM D 2370, crack bridging ability of 3mm, no leakage upto 5 bars of water pressure as per DIN 1048, min 88 % solid content. The system includes final base preparation, epoxy primer 1:1(Resin:hardner) application with 100 % water dilution and Pure polyurethane application in 2 coats with a total min consumption of 1.25 Kg per Sqm .Application should be done with Graco sprayer by a company authorised applicator. 0.63 mm thick, galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts , in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275 gms per sqm complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no 19 above but except sheeting

0.63 mm thick, galvanised, plain mild steel sheeting as in ridges, hipe, valley gutters, drip and straight flashing (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 gms per sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel works as hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) as in repair complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no 23 above but restraining resecuring including making good staples etc complete all as specified and as directed.

40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in floor finish, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement including liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- WPC measured and paid seperately as supply only.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.

25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in floor finish, surface finished even and fair to receive top finish complete all as specified and directed.

75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

Chequered cement concrete coloured tiles, homogenious texture glossy finished , chemically coated machine pressed 30 cm x 30cm x 25mm thick set, jointed and pointed in near cement slurry in floor with gray cement and pigment and including 15 mm thick cement screed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. Shade/Colour of tile shall be approved by the GE.

Mat finish, premium quality, joint free (edge cut), coloured/ printed Non -Skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and including 15mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) including necessary cutting and waste as per site requirement pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed. Size/Shade/Colour of tile shall be approved by the GE.

Glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450mm x 300mm x 7mm thick as in vertical surfaces , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile over and including 10 mm thick cement screed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. Shade/Colour of tile shall be approved by the GE.

Rendering cement plaster 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick wall or on concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified.

Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on stone masonry or surface other than fair faces of brick wall or on concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified.

Preparation of steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of wooden surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment by washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces of wall complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of newly plastered or un plastered, previously undecorated wall surfaces and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of white wash complete, all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Stop valves/ angle valve/ concealed valve, cast copper alloy, chromium plated, fancy type, screwed down, high pressure , screwed both ends for 15mm bore iron pipe or for unions fixed in repair complete all as specified. Type of valve approved by the GE.

Bib tap, cast copper alloy ,chromium plated, fancy type , screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule of 15 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

PVC connections 15 mm size with PTMT nuts of length 450mm fixed in repair complete all as specified and directed.

PVC valve less, crystal white, syphonic action type flushing cistern 10 litre capacity, superior quality, plunger type, low level, with inlet, ball valve, float and handle, 32 mm dia PVC long bend flush pipe 90cm long and 15 mm dia 600 mm long PVC connection with CP brass coupling nuts and PVC washers at both ends fixed, all as specified..

Vitreous Chinaware squatting pan, ‘Orrisa pattern’ size 580 mm x 440 mm, crystal white, with cast iron ‘P’ or ‘S’ trap, front or back inlet, integral foot rest with provision of plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-I using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified, incl making connections to trap and to flush pipe, etc all as specified.

20 mm dia, ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & highdensity plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed in repair complete all as specified and directed. (Minimum weight 210gms)

Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank 500 Ltrs capacity four layered (ISI Marked) cylinderical vertical with closed top, hoisted and fixed in position with ball brass valve, high pressure with PVC float valve 20mm dia with polythene float and fly nut, tank nipples with check nuts and washers complete and making connections with existing water supply line complete all as specified.

Taking up or down from trenches/floors old CI/ GI pipe 200/150mm dia and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

Galvanised steel tubing, 200mm dia, medium grade, with all fittings & fixtures complete, fixed to wall and ceiling or laid in floor/drain and testing on completion all as specified and directed.

Cast iron Sluice valve for water supply purpose with C.I. drilled flanged ends (both ends) (integrally cast), stem of SS (AISI410) and bronze (gun metal), class PN-1 conforming to IS-14846, ISI marked with stainless steel spindle and iron wheel including jointing material complete such as rubber insertion packing rings with adequate size and requisite numbers nut, bolt and washer complete of the of size 200 mm bore including taking out the old unservicable valve, all as specified.

Cutting of roads/floor/plinth/drain for taking out/laying of GI pipe of any type and size including necessary earth work and making good with PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) complete all as specified and directed.

Construction of valve chamber using brick masonary, size 900mm x 900mm x 900mm internal dimensions with 100mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 for foundation, one brick thick wall in cement mortar (1:4), 40mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 for coping, rendering in cement mortar (1:4) 15mm thick internally and externally flush pointed in same mortar as the work proceeds. Flooring shall be 40mm thick in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 laid over 75mm thick hard core of broken stone/boulders including provision of mild steel sheet cover 3.15mm thick on 40mm x 40mm x 6mm angle iron frame work treated with two coats of synthetic enamel black paint over a coat of red oxide primer and locking arrangements including necessary earth work (excavation, returning filling in and removal) complete all as specified and directed.
