Taking out old AHU (ODU system) including outdoor units, refrigeratns piping, old cables complete after disconnecting all connection and deposite to MES store yard complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, Installation, Commissioning and Testing of 11 TR Air cooled Packaged type Air conditioners floor mounted Ductable of 415 volts, 50 Hz, 3 Phase four wire AC supply, comprising of Hermetic or hermetically sealed scroll compressors with microprocessor based control including copper refregerant piping , inculding outgoing switches/starters for compressors/evaporator fan/condenser fan , electrical interconnection between indoor and outdoor units, suitable for operation on R-407c/R-410a refrigerants (Echo friendly refrigerants ) ( Refrigerent gas will be measured and paid seprately under item No 03) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge. Above installation consists with following items: Make: Blue Star DPA1321R3 or techno commercial equivalant model of make specified appendix 'B'.

(a) Ladder type tray with cover for exposed refrigerant piping (b) All refrigerant piping between indoor and outdoor units duly insulated with 19mm/13mm nitrile rubber insulation. All piping shall be properly supported with 11 TR and qty as per site requirement. Note : (i) Copper piping from indoor to outdoor unit with insulation upto 3 mtr deemed to be included in item rate. (ii) Extension of copper pipe beyound 3 mtr shall be paid in respective item. (c) Control cabling indoor and outdoor unit of suitbale size as recommended by OEM. (d) SA grilles/RA grilles VCD/diffuser/Dampers etc as per site requirement. (e) Testing and commissioning of AC system. (f) Acoustic insulation for AC unit room with 50mm thick fibre glass/rock wool-48 kg/m3 density covers with 30g aluminium perforates sheets. Note : (i) All other minor parts, T & P assential for completion of work to be included in quoted rate. (ii) All civil works required for fixing of AC plant, ducting passing cables, pipes including necessary floor and wll finishing shll be carried out as per existing, to match etc complete all the cost of civil works other then included in BOQ shall be deemed included in quoted rates.

Supply only refrigerent gas of suitable for operation on R-407c/R-410a refrigerants (Echo friendly refrigerants ) for packaged type air conditininers. (Note: only first fill of gas will be measured and paid, Extra quantity if required due to leak and loss due to defects will be made good by contractor at his own cost.)

S&F refrigerent copper pipe of 7/8" and 1 1/8" or as recommeded size by OEM laying between indoor and outdoor unit in cable try with electrical cabling including insulation complate all as specified and as directed

Supply, assembly and erection of GI sheet with TDF flange rectangular/square duct made out of 'L' shaped hollow profile, duly factory boxed, incl Nitrile rubber insulation and all accessories such as Corner, Cleat, Carriage bolt, Gasket and appropriate sealant on longitudinal joints etc complete of size 22 Gauge complate all as specified and as directed

Surface excavation n.exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5m deep; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dence soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving n.exc 15 cm thickness Cum (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Cement concrete (1:2:4 ) type B1 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete, coping and similar work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (Using 40mm grade aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete, sub base of floor, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Pre-Cast Solid Cement Concrete Block masonry with solid block Type C-1, 1:3:6 using 20 mm graded aggregate, exc 10 CM in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 as in Damp proof course to horizontal or vertical surfaces including necessary formwork complete all as specifed and as directed.

M&L Hardcore of crushed broken stone or boulders gauge n.exc 63 mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specifed and as directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring, finished surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specifed and as directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc, confirming to Fe 410-W(Gde E-250Quality) complete all as specifed and as directed.

S & F Pre-painted aluminium -zinc coated GI based steel sheeting (Galvalume) of approved colour, 0.50mm thick having tensile strength 550 Mpa, TCT corrugated roof sheeting with ribs (Trimdec), fixed with SDF screws to steel section in purlins ,rafters etc as in roof covering complete all as per manufacturer's instruction and as specified and directed.

Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified

S & F MS framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc, complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors etc., to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides ) and hanging also fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe 410-W(Gde E-250Quality) complete all as specifed and as directed.

S& F 0.80mm Mild steel, plain, black sheet in hearths, covering to door shutter, covering to door chowkats (frames), chullah hoods, water tanks water troughs ducts urinal troughs and funnels, etc cut to size edges beaded if directed holes punched including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel members, etc with plain 40 mm lap joints or welded/riveted seams including bending, turning up, mitred angles, stopped ends, outlets, etc as required complete all as specifed and as directed.

S&F for false ceiling of Non asbestos fibre cement building boards from homogeneous mixture of cement, quartz and celluose and cured with high pressure steam using auto clacving process to IS 14862 of size 600mmx600mmx4mm fixed over and including anodised aluminium power coated 9minimum tick of power coating 50 microm) snap grid frame work of T section (main & cross member) of size 25 mm x 25 mm x 1.5 mm thick in square pattern of grid size 600mm X 600mm. The aluminium frame work will be supported on side wall with the use of aluminium 'L' section of size 25 mm x 25 mm x 1.5 angles etc. Snap grid shall be supported with hangers of 4 mm dia. Galvanised iron wire adjusting level fixed to roof slabs / truss etc by means of ceiling cleats made out of Galvanised iron flat of size 40 x 3 mm size 60 mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5 mm dia 40 mm long, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall incl pilasters / cornices etc as in camouflage parten and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over surfaces walls/fins/facia/soffit etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M &L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and applyung two coats of oil bound distemper with over one coat of chalk whiting on plastered surface, prepara- tory to distempering complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide complete all as specified & directed.

Returning, filling in and including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick using excavated soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance exc 250 m & n exc 500 m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.
