Note for item No. 1 to 13: (i) The comprehensive maintenance shall be done through OEM or authorised agency of OEM (Thysson krupp/kone/Jhonson/Otis) (ii). The Contractor shall enter into a MOU (Memorandum of understanding) with the OEM for the maintenance of the Lift. (iii) The above comprehensive AMC certificate shall be provided by the contractor in favour of GE (NS) before commencement of work, after acceptance of CA. (iv) The parts shall be genuine and from original Equipment manufacturer (OEM) and approved by GE (v) The contractor is responsible to carried out routine check up through OEM to ensure the serviceability and proper functioning of the lifts in all respec as per PS clause Page No100 (R) to 104(R) (Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly). (vi) All stainless steel parts such as lift car enclousure, opening doors, jamps, cills etc shall be thoroughly cleaned to remove corrosion, stains etc. with suitable solution.the contractyor shall also clean and properly maintain machine rooms, machineries and lift well as directed by EIC. The rates quoted for respective items shall be deemed to include the same. (vii) Any breakdown/complaints shall be attend and rectify within 6 hrs. If the complaint is not attended and repaired within 24 hrs, penalty of Rs 2000/- per day will be charged.

Note for item No. 1 to 13: (viii) The rates quoted for above item shall be included for replacement of any spares, consumables accessories like LED bulbs within Rs 500 rate (inside Lift car cabin), swithces (lop, cop) becoming unserviceable during the period and no extra claim shall be allowed. (ix) Repairing of fireman switch wall mounted type with connection to existing wiring if found unserviceable. (x) Repair/servicing of Intercom unit from Lift Car to Ground floor and machine room for stream line communication if found unserviceable. (xi) Normal ARD servicing, any major servicing of ARD will be measured separately. ARDs will be checked during each maint visit. (xii) Provisioning and fixing of maintenance board for every lift with details entered as per Engr-in-Charge. (xiii) The contractor should submit the payment clearance certificate from the concerned OEM of lift alongwith completion certificate. (xiv) The contractor shall paste a self adhesive top quality sticker, informing the SOP of lift as per OEM. (xv) Repairs to shaft light wiring and replacement of lights as per OEM and site requirement if found unserviceable. (xvi) Note No : (i) to (xv) The rates for the same deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
