Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete of any description as in coping over compound wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Reinforced Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, apex stones, bed plates etc over existing compound wall for fixing angle iron including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of mild steel work as in posts, struts in fencing over existing compound wall including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc, complete all as specified.

Supply and fix in repairs Galvanized, two strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing’s and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs concertina coil of 610mm diameter made out of 2.6mm dia spring steel core wire 230 gram/m2 (minimum) dipped with corrosion preventive fluid (rusilo 901) of Castrol make in white colour, each coil having a minimum 50 turns (circles) and an average weight not less than 8.57 Kg (plus or minus 5%) razor length minimum 10mm and spacing between razor maximum 25mm center to center including handle and spike at both ends of coil ( length of each coil 6.25 Metre), erected in position on top of mild steel angle by fixing with clips all as specified and as directed. Note: Measurement shall be made for length of fencing (flat measurement) only.

Material and labour for providing Plain cement concrete solid blocks exceeding 10cm in width type B1 1:2:4, 20mm graded aggregate and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down cement plastering any description on brick on stone walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment and preparation of old surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer completed all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

Amount of Credit Schedule shall be deducted to arrive the Contract Sum.
