Providing and laying M-35 Design Mix concrete Using concrete Mixer for reinforced concrete work in precast unit for pile, Girder, Slabs, Stair etc.of R.C.C. pile jetty with coarse aggregates of appropriate nominal size and grading, fine aggregate (sand) conforming to proper grading zone, both of approved quality and cement, as necessary, including cost of labour , cost and carriage of all materials and including preparation of design mix, approval of the same by the Engineer-in-Charge and cost for quality control, sampling, testing etc. as per drawing and technical specifications (but excluding the cost of necessary form work and staging , reinforcement works. & excluding the cost of handling, transporting to the site of work from casting yard etc

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD Bar reinforcement in Sub-Structure including initial straighttening, straightening of coils bars, removal of loose rust (if any) cutting to requisite length bending, binding with annealled wire not less than 1mm in size and conforming to IS 280 at every intersection hooked and bent to correct shape and placed on forms etc. includinding cost of black annealed wire and cost of loading, unloading,carriage of all steel materials complete as per drawing and technical specifications and direction of Engineer-In-Charge

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centreing and necessary staging upto 4 m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planksof approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams, columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works. Steel Shuttering or 9 to 12mm thick approved quality ply board shuttering.

Providing special type of M.S. collar for fixing screw cutter fitted and fixed to 400 mm. dia. precast R.C.C. pile including supply of 2 nos. locking tube & 25 mm dia locking steel pin.

Labour charges for screw driving the R.C.C. pre-cast piles depth of minimum 8.O M upto 9.00 M below bed level as decided by the Engineer-in-charge in tidal riverholds and hoisting the piles using pully fitted to the monorail gentry girder or any other Suitable arrangement for avoiding any damage of the R.C.C. precast piles fixed with special type screw cutter with M.S. collar with fixing steel pin including placing the same on pin points position with the help of pile guide monorail gantry girder or any other arrangement by hoisting capstain manually including cost of hire charge of barge, chain pully, lunch and other machineries, supplying of fuel etc. (Engineer-in-charges reserves the right to reject the pile if the pile is out of plumb beyond the permissible limit or due to breaking cracking and any sort of damages) including mobilization all pants & machineries for erecting & driving the piles as per drawing and design & specification etc. complete.

Labour charges for carrying the precast R.C.C. piles,girder, deck slab, step & other components from casting yard / barge hold by the arrangement of chainpully or any other method fitted & fixed over the barge, without damaging the components including hoisting in proper position and lowering down and placing in position with the help of chain pully or any other method & fitted & fixed properly over the piles in tidal river including hiring charge of barge, launch / best etc. and fitted & fixed in proper position setting etc. complete (Engineer-in-charge reserve the right to reject the components if it breaks, cracks and damage etc.)

Providing ana laying M-35 Design Mix concrete using concrete mixer for reibnforced concrete work in precast unit for Girder, Slabs, Stairs etc, of RCC Pile jetty with coarse aggretes of appropriate nominal size and grading, fine aggregates (sand) conforming to proper grading zone, both of approved quality and cement as necessary , including cost of labour , cost and carriaqge of all materials and indluding preperation of design mix, approval of the same by the Engineer-In- Charge and cost for quality control, sampling, testing etc. Including the cost of necessary form work and staging complete as per drawing and technical specifications ( but excluding the cost of reinforcement works & excluding the cost of handling, transporting to the site of work from casting yard etc.)
