Providing, Supply and Carting, laying jointing fixing and testing of G.I. screwed pipe with specials in trenched (including cost of jointing materials like white lead, hemp and oil etc.) testing of pipe (medium quality) including cutting and threading etc. complete.

Excavation of earth for pipe line in trenches with lift up to 1.50 M. & lead up to 30 M. including refilling, watering, ramming, of excavated earth into the trenches and removal of surplus and removal of surplus earth up to a distance of 60 M. form trenches including supply of labour, T&P etc. all complete (Assuming that 90% pipe line is laid in trenches. It is estimated that 75% excavation will be in soil mixed with shingle bajri & boulders and 25% will be in medium rocks).

Supply and fixing of the following fittings including cartage of materials, labour, T&P etc. complete :- WHEEL VALVE(CLASS-I) as per IS : 788/1971

(a) 32mm dia.

Supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. construct WHEEL VALVE CHAMBER as per design (0.60X 0.60X 0.75m)

P.C.C.1:4:8 Including all material labour T&p etc on RR, drain works, Pipeline works

Protection works of the above items as per site requirement R.R. 1:6 Stone masonary

Supply of all materials, labour & T&P etc. and construct the following works as per type design and drawings complete :-

(A) SINGLE INTACK CHAMBER

(B) DOUBLE INTACK CHEMBER

Supply and fixing of FRP coated MS Bucket type Chlorinator of 25 liters capacity with chlorination arrangements.

Supply of all materials,carting, labour, T&P and REPAIR of R.C.C. C.W.R. with MS ladder inside the tank, M.S. M.H. cover with locking arrangement, supply and fixing of outlet, inlet overflow and washout pipes, flooring 0.6 m wide apron, painting on tank body, ladder, MS M.H. cover etc complete with approved water proofing , testing, filling water for testing purpose, incl supply of vertical pipes and specials.

Providing and fixing C.P. brass Bib Cock of approved quality confirming to IS 8931: 15mm nom. Dia.

Providing and fixing Brass Ferrule 15mm dia. With C.I mouth cover including boring and tapping the mains.

Sign Board of 8 ft X 6 ft is to be erected at a conspicuous location giving all the below relevant details of the scheme as per JJM guidelines :- JJM logo , Total cost of scheme ,Implementing agency / vendor name ,Contacts of Executive Engineer & Junior Engineer ,Contacts of Paani Samiti chairperson and Secretary ,Commencement & Completion date.
