Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for taking out / for laying under ground cables / pipes etc and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cms in soft and loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, jointing, testing and laying in trenches / floor / wall etc pipes HDPE pipes of pressure rating 6 kgf / sqm ISI marked with all running fittings of size 25 mm bore As Per PE-100 , and IS- 4984:2016 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, jointing, testing and laying in trenches / floor / wall etc pipes HDPE pipes of pressure rating 6 kgf / sqm ISI marked with all running fittings of size 50 mm bore As Per PE-100 , and IS- 4984:2016 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Mono block pump set suitable for 415 V, 3 phase system having capacity 15 HP (1 working + 1 standby) all as per Cromption Greaves Model No.MIP15.2C of suction and Discharge 80 X 65, RPM 2920 head range 24-51 and discharge range 1480-700 LPM complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cutting the existing PCC / bituminus road of any description to a size not exceeding 0.50 X 1.0 mtr for crossing of cable / pipe lines and making good with cement concrete 1: 3 : 6 type C-1 mix using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for making good to the excavated road surfaces of size 0.45 X 0.15 mtr complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Construction of Valve Chamber with inner dimensions of 1100 x 1100 x 900 mm suitable for sluice valves upto 150 mm with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 mix for foundation laterite stone masonary wall in cm 1:6 and dressed to prper size, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 for coping rendering in CM 1:4, 15mm thick both side incl provision of MS sheet cover fabricated out of 3mm thick sheet with angle iron frame made out of 40mm x 40mm x 6mm and locking arrangement incl painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, excavation and earth work complet all as specified and directed as required.

M&L for Framed work such as grills,gratings,etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted,or forged in to spikes,framed guard bars: barred iron doors: ladder;framed balusters; walk way, railings,framework of water tanks and similar work confirming to Fe 290 Gde E 165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cumin width or grith not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of Zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Rotation mouled polythene water storage tank 2000 ltrs capicity (cylinder vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-1 including 20 mm ball valve , 20mm tank nipple 20mm bore gun metal globe or gate valve iron wheel head complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 mix using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foudations filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 mix using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping including necessary formwork exposed surface of concrete shall be finished even and smooth without using extra cemement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 mix using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foudations filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay sand cushioning spreading levelling for cable trenches as cushion of cables complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE :- Punned thickness only shall be measured and paid)

Supplying and laying un-reinfoced pre cast concrete cable cover of Class LV, Type I, flat, size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable LT XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 70 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply Install test and commissioning LT pannel board outdoor type floor mounted made out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet mounted on frame angle Iron of suitable size weather proof/vermin proof shutter type with locking arrangement of cubical type prewired with aluminium busbar 300 Amps for 03 phases and aluminium busbar 200 Amps for neutral including suitable CTs etc and powder coated painting , angle iron frame base 75 x 75 x 6mm with the necessary excavation, PCC etc complete comprising of the undermetioned MCCBs alongwith extendable bus bars for termination of cables to be connected to the following accessaries complete all as specified and as directed. : -

(a) 4 Pole MCCB 160 Amp 50 Hz 415 V with breaking capacity 35 KA-01 No (Incoming)

Material and labour for earthing complete with Galvanised earth plate electrode 600x600x3.15 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m below ground level connected to earth lead of 32 X 6 mm GI strip means of bolts, nuts, washers of galvanized all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I including necessary excavation and earth work. PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber, RCC cover in 50mm thick 1:2:4 type B1 with 8mm CTD 140mm centre to centre with suitable handle, watering pipe 20mm dia light grade pipe with funnel, charcoal salt connected to ear thing test point including testing and commissioning on completion complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Earth strip and 15 mm GI pipe upto 7.5 m length is included in this unit rate. (ii) Necessary excavation and earth work
