Excavation in foundation trenches etc. Earth work in all classification of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work, Pick jumper work, Pick jumper blasting work, blasting work in soft and hard rock, saturated soil,any other mixed variety of soil in dry or saturated conditions upto any depth and lift upto any height, de-watering including chiselling/wedging out rocks where blasting is prohibited, dewatering including pumping or bailing out water where required and removal of slush which mayu arise during the execution including stacking the serviceable and un-serviceable maxterials separately as directed. Then returning the stacked soil in 15cm. (Fifteen centimetre) layer when required into plintsha dn side of foundation etcetra consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus unserviceable/excavated earth within all leads and lifts and carriage of materials, tools, machinery as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge,as per H.P.PWD, Specification 1990 VoI-1 Clause 7.1 with in all leads and lits and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other construction worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying cement concrete, 1:6:12 (One cement : Six approved Sand : twelve graded crushed stone aggregate , 40mm (Forty milimetres) nominal size ) and curing complete excluding cost of centring and shuttering in foundation and plinth including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.. The rate includes octori, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Stone filling/soling under floor with tightly hand packed including carriage of materials including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rate includes octroi, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constuction worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Brick work using 2nd class common burnt clay building bricks in super-Structure Cement Mortar 1:6 (One Cement :Six r Sand) including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rate includes octroi, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constuction worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

15mm(fifteen milimetres) cement plaster in cement mortar 1:6 (One cement :six sand) in single coat on the rough side of brick/ concrete/ stone walls for interior plastering upto all heights including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and / or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (Eighty milimetres) in girth and finishing even and smooth including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.. The rate includes octori, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm (three point Fifteen milimetres)thickness welded with angle iron with frames, 30 x 30 x5 mm (Thirty into thirty into five milimetres) so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering and propping etcetra with wooden battens and ballies hight of propping and centaring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4.00 metres and removal of the same for insitu reinforced in:- concrete and plain concrete work in :- including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.. The rate includes octori, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Vertical surfaces such as walls(any thickness).partition and the like including attached pilasters, buttresses and sting course and the like.

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete mechanically mixed and vibrated in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications clause 802,803,1202 & 1203 .P.C.C. grade M-10 (i) Nominal mix 1:3:6 (One cement : three sand :six graded stone aggregate 40mm (Forty milimetre)nominal size.The minimum cement contents should not be less than 250 Kg. (Two hundred fifty kilogram per cuibic on ground or under water and curing complete including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.. The rate includes octori, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting ,hoisting ,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint In gratings framed guards , bars ladders , railing brackets and similar work. including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.. The rate includes octori, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Applying priming coat over new steel and other metal surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil grease dirt and other foreign matter and scoured with wire brushes fine steel wood scrapers and sand paper complete with readymixed priming paint brushing red lead, Red oxide/zinc oxide chrome including carriage of materials , within all leads and lift and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana toll tax, Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat)on new steel and other metal surface under coat with ready mixed paint brusing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface all dirt,dust and other foreign matter :-- Ready mixed paint other than white.including carriage of materials , within all leads and lift and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Kota stone slab flooring 20mm thick (average) base of cement mortar 1:4(One Cement four sand) laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing complete 40mm thick including carriage of materials , within all leads and lift and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Kota stone slab flooring 25mm thick in a rise of step skirting dado and pillar laid on 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3(One Cement three sand ) laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry including rubbing and polishing complete,including carriage of materials , within all leads and lift and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.
