Cutting in earth work etc. in all kinds of soil such as pick work ,pick jumper work , jumper blasting work , soft and hard blasting ,saturated soil , including chiseling or any other mixed variety of soil in all leads dewatering and or removal of slush and other incidentals , including stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and than returning the stacked soil in all thickness of layers when required into plinths side of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth including carriage as required complete in all respect in all leads & lift in all levels and other incidentals as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying, mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete 1:5:10 (one cement:Five sand Ten graded crushed stone aggregate 40 mm (forty millimeter) nominal size) including curing as required at site complete excluding the cost of form work but including all leads and lifts of materials in foundation and plinth including carriage of material as required in all leads & lift in all levels and other incidentals complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 sand : 3 graded crushed stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) mechanically mixed and vibrated curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work including carriage as required complete in all respect in all leads & lift in all levels and other incidentals as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Foundation ,footing basis of columns etc and mass concrete as required in all leads & lift in all levels including carriage and other incidentals complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Walls any thickness including attached pilasters, buttersses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level upto all floor level excluding cost of form work including carriage as required complete in all respect in all leads & lift in all levels and other incidentals as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to all floor level, as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material with in all leads , lifts in all floor levels and other incidentals.

Providing from work with steel plates 3.15 mm (three decimal fifteen millimeter ) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30X30X5 mm (thirty into thirty into five millimeters )so as to give a fair finish including centering , shuttering ,strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies for all heights of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling & removal of same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete workincluding carriage as required complete in all respect in all leads & lift in all levels and other incidentals as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. in :

Foundation ,footing basis of columns etc. and mass concrete as required in all leads & lift in all levels including carriage and other incidentals complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Flat surfaces, such as soffits of the suspended floors roofs , landing and the like floors etc. up to any thickness , all as required in all leads & lift in all levels including carriage and other incidentals complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Beams cantilever girders and lintels side and soffits of beams, beams haunchings, cantilevers, bressumers and lintels any depth in all heights from floor as required in all leads & lift in all levels including carriage and other incidentals complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Columns, pillars ,posts and struts square, rectangular or polygonal in plan as required in all leads & lift in all levels including carriage and other incidentals complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Form work in edges of slab and breaks in floor and walls under 20 cm wide as required in all leads & lift in all levels including carriage and other incidentals complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Vertical surfaces such as wall (any thickness )partitions and the like including attached pillasters buttresses ,plinth and string courses and the like as required in all leads & lift in all levels including carriage and other incidentals complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing tor steel reinforcement TMT bar Fe 500 ISI make high yield strength for reinforced cement concrete work including bending ,binding and placing in position and cost of binding wire complete for all floors including carriage of material as required in all leads & lift in all levels and other incidentals complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to all floor level in all shapes and sizes in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : six sand) including carriage of material as required in all leads & lift in all levels and other incidentals complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing first class sal wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length ( hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately) including carriage as required complete in all respect in all leads & lift in all levels and other incidentals as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 35 mm thick (thirty-five mili metres) well seasoned hollock wood glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 4 mm (four mili metre) thick float glass panes, including ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws including carriage as required complete in all respect in all leads & lift in all levels and other incidentals as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 35 mm (thirty-five mili metre) thick wire gauge shutters of well seasoned hollock wood using galvanized M.S. wire gauge of average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia 0.63 mm, for doors, windows and clerestory windows with hinges and necessary screws including carriage as required complete in all respect in all leads & lift in all levels and other incidentals as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc.Fixed to openings /wooden frames with rawl plugs screws including priming coat with approved steel primer including carriage as required complete in all respect in all leads & lift in all levels and other incidentals as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing 40x5 mm (Forty X five mili metres) flat iron hold fast 40 cm (forty centimetre)long including fixing to frame with 10 mm diameter bolts, nuts and wooden plugs and embedding in cement concrete block 30x10x15cm 1:3:6 mix (one cement : three coarse sand : six graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Providing and fixing aluminium sliding door bolts, ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868), transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with nuts and screws etc. including carriage of material as required in all leads & lift in all levels and other incidentals complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

6 mm(six millimeter)thick cement plaster to ceiling in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement :three sand as per direction of engineer-in- charge including carriage as required complete in all respect in all leads & lift in all levels and other incidentals as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

15 mm (fifteen millimeter) thick cement plaster in single coat on rough / fair side of brick /concrete/stone wall for interior plastering for all floors including arises internal rounded angles chafers and / or rounded angles chamfers and/ or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (eighty millimeters )In girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement :six sand ) including carriage as required complete in all respect in all leads & lift in all levels and other incidentals as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm (one mili meter), of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete including carriage as required complete in all respect in all leads & lift in all levels and other incidentals as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Distempering two coats with 1st quality acrylic distemper, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 (fifty) grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour. including carriage of material with In all leads , lifts in all floors and other incidentals completes as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade on New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) including carriage as required complete in all respect in all leads & lift in all levels and other incidentals as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture including carriage as required complete in all respect in all leads & lift in all levels and other incidentals as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
