Dismantling flat wooden or A.C. Sheet ceiling with frame work including stacking the materials as directed with all leads, lifts etc. complete.

Lowering down the debris obtained from breaking and removing the cement plaster / burnt brick masonry of the first floor by any means without causing dust nuisance and damage to structure, stacking the same as and where directed including cleaning the site complete.

Providing and laying Cast in situ/Ready Mixcement concrete in M20 of trap/ granite/quartzite/gneiss metal for steps including steel centering, formwork, laying/pumping, compacting, roughening them if special finish is to be provided, finishing uneven and honeycombed surface and curing etc. complete. The Cement Mortar 1:3 plaster is considered for rendering uneven and honeycombed surface, only. Newly laid concrete shall be covered by gunny bag, plastic, tarpaulin etc. (Wooden centering will not be allowed.), with fully automatic micro processor based PLC with SCADA enabled reversible Drum Type mixer/ concrete Batch mix plant (Pan mixer) etc. complete.
