SCHEDULE 'A' PART- I (BUILDING WORK INCLUDING SPECIAL WORKS)

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any position not otherwise specifically provided for and including reinforcement required to facilitate demolition upto and including fourth story and on the roof top / mumty / parapet and removal of debris out side MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar in any description and position and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in Ground floors and paving n.exe 15cm thickness ( below or above ground level ) including removal of rubbish out side (MOD land), complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of PVC water tanks exc 250 liters and n.exc 500 liters capacity of any condition or type complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) laid bedded and pointed in any mortar and removal of old tiles from premises complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor of WC and bath not exc 300mm deep and removing out the cinder/concrete from sunken portion, cleaning of RCC surface to remove dust, loose particle with compressed air or any other suitable method depending on site conditions, grinding any sharp edges etc complete all as specified and directed. (a) Cleaning of RCC surface to remove dust, loose particle etc with compressed air or any other suitable techniques on site conditions etc. (b) M&L for a glass fiber reinforced acrylic modified cementitious coating system with base coat @ 1.50 Kg/Sqm glass fiber reinforcement and top coat with Sika Top® Seal-107 @ 1.50 Kg/Sqm or equivalent of Fosroc or MC Bauchemie India Pvt Ltd.

(c) M & L for protection plaster 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 admixed with appropriate integral water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions. (d) M & L for providing 25 mm dia GI pipe medium grade spout projecting at least 150 mm beyond outer face of wall. (e) M & L for sunken portion filled with 40 mm graded brick bats and finished with 50 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate all as specified and directed. (f) Cost of the above aspect shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates of the respective item and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. Note : The work will be executed by authorised manufacturers / applicator.

M & L for cutting chases on brick or concrete surface for concealed water tubing of girth n.exc 10cm including making good of disturbed surfaces with PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs, kerbs, aprons, etc. (each layer) and removal of rubbish out of defence land complete all as specified and directed. (Note : All roots of plant on either on wall or roof to be removed and making good the disturbed surfaces all as specified and directed. The rate quoted be the contractor is deemed to be included in the unit rates.)

Demolition of Mud Phuska in roofs,any thickness including plastering and leeping of any thickness upto 30 cm deep complete all as specified and directed. (Note: All roots of plant on either on wall or roof to be removed and making good the distributed surfaces all as directed. The rate quoted by the contractor is deemed to be included in the unit rates including removal of mud phuska outside defence land.)

Taking up or down 15 mm bore GI tubing and connections including cleaning for re-fixing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 20 mm bore GI tubing and connections including cleaning for re-fixing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhat or frames exc. 1.5 Sqm and n.exc 4 Sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from frames) complete including removal from site all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position in framed work including removal from site complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates, railings etc, but excluding framed truss etc including removal from site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing pressed steel frames for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fitting lugs, hinges, lock strike plates etc complete size of frame 125 mm x 60 mm made out of 1.25 mm thick MS sheets complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & fixing pressed steel frames for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fitting lugs, hinges, lock strike plates etc complete size of frame 105 mm x 60 mm made out of 1.25 mm thick MS sheets complete all as specified & directed.
