Taking down carefully copper / aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, ceiling etc all as specified and directed.

Attending internal/External electric complaints for maintenance/breakdown round the clock for maintenance, Checking, Fault finding and rectification of fault in LT Panels/Overhead HT/LT Lines, HT/LT underground cables, Transformers, Switchgears internal electric faults, geysers, fans etc, and carry out repairs and resume electric supply complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes:- (a) Day to day complaint rectified by the electrician shall be written in complaint register and complaint document slip, rectified complaints only shall be measured and paid. Complaint attender shall have minimum qualification of ITI electrician cum plumber having 2 years experience of same nature of work is to be employed. (b) The Spares required for rectification of faults shall be measured under relevant items. (c) All necessary Tools shall be available with the contractor while executing the compliant. (d) All consumables other than mentioned in Schedules are deemed to be included in the rate quoted. (e) All kind of transport for the complaint attender/materials and mobile / cell charges are deemed to be included in the rate quoted. (f) All safety aspects are to be taken and if any accident/hazardous incidents happen during execution shall be the sole responsibility of the Contractor.

Material and labour for point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed single core multistranded copper conductor cable, FRLS, ISI marked drawn through and including PVC conduit of suitable size and all accessories, not less than 20mm thick, fire resistant, ISI marked including 2 mm thick and 4cm depth GI sheet pressed terminal box ( recessed) with 3 mm thick laminated hylum sheet top cover including 1.50 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded single core copper conductor FRLS, ISI marked cable as earth continuity conductor and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, ceiling etc all as specified and directed for One light point controlled by one switch.

Material and Labour Earthing of Poles with GI wire 4mm dia with galvanised MS earth plate of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level, earth plate shall be packed on all side with charcoal mixed with salt to a thickness of 150mm in layers, connected to GI earth wire 4mm dia (8 SWG) protected by GI pipe 15mm bore (light grade) and watering pipe 20 mm dia (light grade) of suitable length, with necessary earth work including disposal of surplus soil to a distance not less than 50 metre, PCC pit chamber with RCC cover frame, funnel, wire mesh. The GI earth wire 8 SWG under the earth and on the pole up to a height of 1.5 metre shall also be protected by 15mm dia GI pipe (light grade) & GI pipe to be fixed with poles by the means of 2 Nos flat iron clamp 25 x 3 mm size complete with bolts, nuts and washers etc. all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I - 2009 including testing on completion. Taking down defective Geyser of capacity 25 liters of any make from its existing position after disconnecting inlet/outlet water connection and opening of geyser for checking and repairing the defective parts including testing and commissioning the same after successful repairing painting with synthetic enamel paint(duco) by spraying after preparation of the steel surfaces and re fixing the same on its existing position and making connection inlet/outlet water connection complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) The replaced defective parts will be measured and paid separately as supply only items under the relevant items of this BOQ (ii) Labour charges required for replacement of spares shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the tenderer.

Supply & Fix in repair test terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75 x 75 x 25 mm, drilled and screwed with 3 nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long hexa head screw including dismantling old unserviceable test terminal block.

Labour only in repair earth test point after dismantling the conductor, cleaning and re fixing the same with new screws 8 mm dia 25 mm long hexa head screw complete all as directed.

Material & labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below ground level) vertically, with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to galvanized iron earth lead strip 32mm x 6mm earth strip by means of nuts, bolts, washers of GI steel all as shown on electrical plate No 3 of MES schedule part I-2009 connected to earthing test point to main switch board and testing on completion with and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type soil, earth lead connected to earth test point to main switch board etc with & including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt, test point, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded black trap/granite/Basalt stone aggregate) for earth pit with 40 x 40 x 6mm mild steel angle iron frame for cover, internal surface of concrete shall be given 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4, pre cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1(using 20mm graded black trap/granite/Basalt stone aggregate) 40mm thick cover, reinforced with 8mm dia deformed or TMT bars 3 Nos both way with 8mm dia round bar handle, GI light grade watering pipe 20 mm dia with funnel and wire mesh and 40mm dia GI light grade earth lead protection pipe etc complete all as specified and directed. NOTE (i) The cost of earth lead and its protection pipe upto and including 7.5 metre only from the top of earth electrode are deemed to be included under this item.

Amount of Credit Schedule shall be deducted to arrive the Contract Sum.
