Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means in foundation ,trenches ,drains (Any width or square metre on plan),inlcuding dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms,lift upto any height,including getting out the excvated soil and disposal of surplus excvated soil as directed in all kinds of classifications of solis such as pick work,jumper work,blasting work saturated soils including chiseling or any other mixed variety of soils,dewatering and/or removal of slush and other incidentasls within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per directions and satisfaction of Engineer -in-Charge.Any loss to the public or private property during the course of excvation shall be the sole responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him at his own cost in all cases including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer -in -Charge.

Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5km (five kilometere) also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm (twenty centimeter) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer -in -Charge.

Supplying, filling, spreading & leveling stone boulders /stone soling hand packed of size range 50mm to 200mm,(Fifty mm to Two hundred mm) under floor/path as soling etc, in the required thickness, for all leads & lifts, all complete including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 4 : 8 (one cement : four sand : eight graded stone aggregate 40 mm (Forty millimetre nominal size) mechanically mixed and vibrated and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals or as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:2:4 (one cement : two sand : four graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimetre nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals or as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying M- 25 (twenty five) grade reinfoced cement concrete work mechanically mixed and vibrated with minimum cement contents of 400 Kg. (four hundred Kilogram) per cubic metre with graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work in:- Foundation, footings bases of columns etc. and mass concrete including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals .

Providing and laying M- 25(twenty five) grade reinforced cement concrete work mechanically mixed and vibrated with minimum cement contents of400 Kg. (four hundred Kilogram) per cubic metre with graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work in:- Columns, pillars, posts and struts square rectangular polygonal in plain upto floor all level including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing Tor steel reinforcement TMT bar Fe 500 ISI make high yield strength for reinforced cement concrete work including bending, binding and placing in position cost of binding wire complete upto floor all level including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals complete in all respect as per as direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer -in -Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm (three point fifteen millimetre) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm (thirty millimetre into thirty millimetre into five millimetre) so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies in any height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling upto floor all level and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals or as per direction of Engineer-in-charge in:- :Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Brick work using second class common burnt clay building bricks in super structure above plinth level upto all floor level in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : six sand) and curing complete including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Pointing on brick wall (external walls) with cement mortar 1:3 (one cement: three sand) Flush pointing,including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. :Flush/ Ruled pointingincluding carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

15mm (Fifteen millimeter) cement plaster in single coat on the rough side of brick/concrete /stone walls for interior & Exterior walls plastering up to all floor level including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and /or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (Eighty millimeter) in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : six sand) upto all floor level including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Distempering (two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture nerolac/Asian paint and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth upto all floor level including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing M.S. Tubular frames for doors, windows, ventilators and cupboard with rectangular/ L-Type sections, made of 1.60 mm thick M.S. Sheet, joints mitred, welded and grinded finish, with profiles of required size, including fixing of necessary butt hinges and screws and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer.

Providing and fixing M.S. grill of required pattern in wooden/steel frames of windows etc. with M.S. flat square or round bars with round headed bolts and nuts or by screws plain grill including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in beams, joists, channels, angles, tees, flats with connection plates or angle cleats as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters purlins connected to common rafters and the like including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm(Eight milimeter) diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/ m² (Two Seventy Five gram/sqm) including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
