Uprooting bamboo clumps where bamboo already removed including removing stumps to a safe distance as directed.

Cutting banana trees, uprooting roots & stumps including removing them from the site of work, etc. complete as directed

Earthwork in bank trimming to the designed section/slope including removing the soils at a safe distance, comolete as cirected.

Supply and carriage of Geo-textile bags of type-A (size -1.03mx0.70m) inner dimension made of Geo-textile non-woven fabric sheets of 400 GSM, manufactured from 100% vigin polypropylene (PP) fibre having thrckness not less than 3.00 mm with minimum propeties as (i) Tensile strength (CD) ≥ 24 KN/m (ii) Tensite strength (MD) ≥ 22 KN/m (iii) Mass ≥ 400.00 Gm/m2 (iv) CBR Puncture strength ≥ 4100 N/m2 (v) Elongation @ break (Warp) ≥ 54% (vi) Elongation @ break (Weft) ≥ 52% (vii) Abrasion ≥70 % (vii) UV Resistance @ 500 hours ≥ 70% (viii) AOS ≤ 75 micron (x) Permittivity ≥ 1.25, (xi) Trapezoidat Tear Strength ≤ 520 N (xii) Permeability = 45Lt/m2/sec (xiii) Seam strength = 80 % of geotextiles strength, Stitching of Bags should be Ring Spun yarn stitches with 2500-3000 denier doubie line chain stitch with overlap with stitches along the edge @ fiinimum 15 stitches per 100 mm. (Bags are to be supplied of 100 numbers or part in a bundle, properly packed with name of manufacturer and Batch Number is to be marked on each bag with "WRD Govt. of Assam" to be printed on each bag and mentioning properly the GSM and type of Geo-bag polymer. Carriage of Geo Bags of size 1 03 x 0 70 m including loading & unloading , Stacking, cost of POL, etc. complete and including hire charge of truck with driver and handyman completed as directed (Distance to be calculated with respect to FOR Guwahati)

Supply and carraiage of Galvd. Wire netting sheet made of 8 G. wire of 152mm (6") square mesh in sheets of overall size 2.57 x 1.66 m including 76mm projection of each wire on all sides beyond the net size of 2.42m x 1.5m having knots of 12G wire at every joints including loading, unloading, stacking properly complete as directed by the department (weight of each sheet should not be less than 6.30Kg) (F.O.R. Destination Berajan, Tezpur.)

Carriage of wire netting sheets of size 2.57 x 1. 66 m made of 8 G wire of 152mm Sq mesh including loading & unloading, Stacking cost of POL, etc. complete and including hire charge of truck with driver and handyman complete as directed.

(Each Roll of Geo Fabric Sheet should be supplied in properly packed Bundles and should be marked with the Name of Manufacturer & Batch Number clearly on each bundle with “WRD Govt of ASSAM” to be printed on it and mentioning properly the GSM and type of polymer and Test Certificate from approved NABL accredited and ISO Certified Laboratory should invariably be submitted against each batch of material) (F.O.R. Suupply of Sewing Thread /Yarn PPMF Stitching Thread (2000 Den. Kaplon) i/c payment of taxes.

Earth work in excavation of drainage channel to proper grade and slopes as required including depositing the excavated debris/soil to a safe distance of minimum 50m distance as directed. (a) Normal Soil.

Providing and laying of plain cement concrete slab of size 0.50m x 0.50m x 0.15m, made in proportion 1:2:4 on trimmed graded slope of rive bank including ramming the seat, curing, carriage of slab from the place of casting to the work site up to a distance of 200m and all handling charges etc. complete as directed.

Filling and laying of Geo bags of size 1.03m x 0.70m including excavation of silt from flood plain or adjacent chars within a distance of 90m of the work site, filling geo bags with sand weighing 126.00 Kg. and minimum volume 0.084cum after filling, double locking chain stitching the mouth of the filled bags with polypropylene thread by power driven double needle double stitched machine, stacking the same in batches of 100, carrying the same to the dumping site including all handling charges and local carriage within a distance of 150m and laying properly as directed. (Geo Bag and Polypropylene thread will be supplied by the department free of cost). a) With Boat

Supplying of Ordinary labourers

Earth work in embankment by Tractor carriage in ordinary/normal soil excluding sandy and rocky soil free from roots & vegetation and stacking in regular measurable stacks at suitable places including clearing and levelling the stacking site, breaking clods up to 2.5cm cube, payment of forest royalty if any, etc. (12.50 % deduction will be made from measured quantities on account of shrinkage) (a) For initial lead beyond ½ Km and up to 2.00 Km for all lifts.

Spreading of earth stacks over the crest and slope of embankment and places as directed in uniform layer of 22 cm. thick including breaking clods, dressing, ramming etc. complete where necessary including dressing the embankment before complete as directed.

Supply of Pre-stressed Cement Concrete (PSC) Porcupine members of size 0.10m X 0.10mX 3.00m with M-40 grade of cement concrete with graded broken course aggregates up to 12mm size down and reinforced with 4 Nos. of 4 mm dia high tensile steel wire cable at four corners with necessary cover and 4mm high tensile stirrups at 250mm C/C, in conformity with IS-6403 and stressed to required strength not exceeding 9.18 N/mm, holes of 16 mm dia at 50 cm inside from both ends in the same face and in either face of post another 2 Nos. of holes of size 16 mm dia at 65mm inside from both ends including properly curing for 14 (fourteen) days and carriage of porcupine members from factory to the departmental stack yard within a distance up to 100 Km complete as directed.

Carriage of Porcupine members by machine boat of 40.00 Qtl capacity including local carriage of porcupine members from stack yard to loading site up to a lead of 150m, loading , un loading at river bank near work site etc. complete as directed.(For lead up to 2.00 Km and for all lift).

Labour charge for launching of PSC/R.C.C. Porcupine including carriage of PSC/R.C.C. porcupine members of size 0.10m × 0.10m × 3.00m from the stack yard to the place of launching ,erection of the Porcupine with 6 (six) members properly, supply & fitting/fixing with 12 mm dia 25 Cm long M.S. Nuts and bolts and launching the porcupine properly as directed. (Lead up to 150 m) a) Without boat.

Labour charge for launching of PSC/R.C.C. Porcupine including carriage of PSC/R.C.C. porcupine members of size 0.10m × 0.10m × 3.00m from the stack yard to the place of launching ,erection of the Porcupine with 6 (six) members properly, supply & fitting/fixing with 12 mm dia 25 Cm long M.S. Nuts and bolts and launching the porcupine properly as directed. (Lead up to 150 m) b) With boat.

Construction of whole Bholuka Bamboo Screen with matured Bholuka Bamboo stacks 75mm to 100mm dia, placed at 30 cm clear apart( i.e. 40 cm C/C) driven 4.00 m to 4.50m below ground and 3.0m to 3.50m above ground with hydraulic driving equipments including hire charge of equipment, cost of P.O.L. etc. and providing with 1 (one) row of horizontal half Jati bamboo kamies tied with galvanised wire of 16 G to 18 G etc complete as directed.(Using Bhaluka Bamboo at the rate of 240.00 nos/ Rm & Jati Bamboo at the rate of 9.60 nos / Rm).

Construction of temporary shed of two roof with mud plinth of 0.45 m height above ground level with Bhaluka bamboo post 1.5 m apart driven at atleast 0.75 m below ground and height above plint 2.5m. Split Jatti bamboo wall mud plastering white washing 2 coats, 10 cm thick touch roofing over bamboo rua frame pplacing at 0.15 m clear apart fitted with bamboo kamies from binding doors and windows with Bamboo Chattai strengthening with Bamboo frame binding with wire etc compple as directed. (Using Bhaluka Bamboo at the rate of 6.00 nos/ Rm & Jati Bamboo at the rate of 61.00 Nos./Rm.
