M&L for PCC 1:3:6 , type-C 2, using 40mm graded agregrate for repair to path/drain/road against damage due to excavation /laying of cable complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling taking out HT/LT Cable from cable duct of substations for realingnment of cable and relaying with proper alingnment including necessory required clamping for the cable and connecting up of size 3/3.5 core, 185 sqmm, 11000/1100 volts grade. (Note: Each cable shall be measured separately. Steel cable rack shall be measured separately as supply and fix) complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for cleaning of HT indoor cable kit at VCB end after opening VCB panel back side cable cover and bottom cable entry plate after disconnecting all cable end from busbar/CT, taking out from VCB cable chamber, checking for serviceability, cleaning & decarbonising complete cable kit and aluminium cable lugs using CTC and refixing the same to original position, with new or old nuts, bolts & washers and making cable entry point totally sealed with putty complete all as specified and as directed.. Note: Required CTC, new nuts, bolts, washers shall be inclusive of quoted rate. Serviceable cable ends will only be measured

Maintenance, servicing, cleaning of Busbur chamber of each VCB including conneting busbar from CT to Busbar, spout, support insulator, opening of covers, using CTC and clean cloth and hot air blower, checking for any loose contact, tigtening of all nuts & bolts, refixing all covers complete all as specified and as directed

Maintenance, servicing, cleaning of vacuum circuit breaker unit of each 11 KV VCB panel of capacity 400 Amps to 2500 Amps, taking out from panel, cleaning of all parts with CTC and clean cloth, removal of carbon deposited inside the moving contacts, greasing of all moving parts of the VCB, checking of complete operating mechanism for proper functioning, reporting for any defective parts, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Replacement of defective parts of the VCB shall be measured and paid separately

Supply & fixing closing coil assembly 110 V DC to Schneider make 11KV VCB including necessary connection testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing tripping coil 110 V DC to Schneider make 11KV VCB including necessary connection testing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for setting of 3 ph overcurrent + earth fault numerical relays by secondary injection of current to CTs with suitable equipment for overcurrent & earth fault with high set and low set including checking of all other parameters of relays for proper tripping order after disconection of incoming or out going HT XLPE cable connection from VCB CTs and reconnection of cable ends at existing terminals after completion of relay setting complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (a) Relay setting shall be made considering corresponding values of upstream and down stream VCB relays and recorded maximum demand of VCB. Any further adjustment of values as many times require shall be carried out within the quoted rate. (b) Recovery shall be made double the quoted rate if VCB fails to trip in indicated fault and if group tripping recorded)

M&L for finding of cable fault of UG 11000 volts grade cable inside trench (under soil / drain/PCC/road/trench ) by disconnecting both cable ends, using insulation tester, cable path/fault finder and rectification complete by necessary excuvation, cutting at fault position, fixing of straight through heat shrink joint, for cable sizes 150 sqmm to 400 sqmm, 3 core, 11000 volts grade or replacement of heat shrink indoor cable joint kit of size 150 sqmm to 400 sqmm, 3 core and reconnection of both cable end to original position after complete satisfactory insulation test, fixing with old or required new nuts-bolts-washers complete with testing complete all as specified and as directed Note: (a) Items required for rectification such as heat shrink indoor cable joint kit / heat shrink straight through joints / heat shrink sleeves and earth work shall be measured separately as material and labour . (b) required aluminium cable lugs and nuts-bolts-washers shall be inclusive of quoted rate. (c) Contractor shall bring necessary testing equipment and rate shall be inclusive of quoted rate.
