7- In the year 2026-27, under the annual maintenance fund, the internal road of Gram Sabha Bhagwanpur in Kaladhungi assembly constituency was renovated using P.C. plastic waste.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. as per Technical Specification .[Grading of no-3] (22.4-53 mm size). By Mechanical Means (Mord 4-8-3-B)

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. (Mord 5-2-3)

20mm Open graded PC (using shredded waste plastic material) Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using VG-30 bitumen and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades as per Technical Specification Clause 508. Using Bitumen VG-30 @ 1.34 Kg/Sqm and shredded waste plastic material @ 0.120 Kg/Sqm as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Mis 3-10)

Seal Coat (using shredded waste plastic material ) Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type B as per Technical Specification Clause 510 Using Bitumen VG-30 @ 061 Kg/Sqm and shredded waste plastic material @ 0.07 Kg/Sqm as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Maintenance of Earhen shoulder (stripping of excess soil) Stripping excess soil from the shoulder surface to achieve the approved level and compacting with plate compactor at OMC as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 1903(Mord 15-2-2)
